- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.7Excellent - What previous guests thought, 3,380 reviewsOur room (suite, sea-facing, corner room)was exceptional. Plenty of room for two people (two bathrooms, plus a full bath), sofas, balcony with lounger and table and chairs) which could accommodate a family with two children (probably not four adults comfortably). The bed and bed linens were very comfortable. A generous 3 bottles of water were left each day. The hotel (built in 2012) was vivid with light (a contrast to the historic paradors we had stayed in during our trip). Excellent wi-fi. Pools were clean and well-managed. Hotel was professionally managed in all respects, particularly the breakfast buffet service, run by the excellent Breakfast Service manager. Attention to detail in all aspects of the hotel made for a very enjoyable stay - e.g. thin nylon lines had been run from the hotel high across the pools, hardly visible, but this prevented seagull interference. Some other reviews have suggested the hotel was looking tired - I disagree, both the common areas are clean and well-maintained, and our room was immaculate.Guest review byPhilipFrance

Málaga was very nice to visit.
Málaga was very nice to visit. Not to many tourists as one expected which made our visit more relaxing and enjoyable. The old town was very nice and lots of good restaurants and places to visit. Beaches were nice and clean. We all agreed that Málaga is a place that we would like to visit again.Guest review byFriðleifurIceland - 10.0

The La Hambra was glorious to see and our guided tour of 10 people was exceptional. I would recommend it to anyone. We also enjoyed seeing the Sacromonte district when we went to see Flamenco dancing in the caves. I know we would have enjoyed at least another day exploring the city and enjoying the restaurants.Guest review byAnonymousCanada - 10.0
Stunning city.
Stunning city. Fascinating history and incredible sights to see. It gets VERY hot though. Late September and it was 35 degrees. We pre-booked visits and tours using Viator. All worked out perfectly. Did a Tuk Tuk tour (great way to see the city), went on a guided tour of the Mosque (best monument visit we’ve ever been on) and went to an amazing Flamenco show Tablao flamenco El Cardenal which we highly recommend.Guest review byNiallUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Great coastline full of lovely beaches. Sandy, safe, clean water and suitable for sunbathing or for families. Lots to do in Marbella itself but absolutely miles upon miles of coastline to work with, with lots of beach bars and little villages along the way.Guest review byjoUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Beautiful town with good public transport, nice streets with great food and souvenir shops. Lots of moments spent on near historical points like Colomares Castle, Alhambra, Alacazar, Gibraltar, Sevilla, Granada, cable car or dolphin view sea cruise in Benalmadena,… Public transport is good although it would be better to have something like hola card in Barcelona for all transport types - train, bus, payable with one card. In buses only cash… Everyone will find their own in Torremolinos - families, young people, single adults,…:-)Guest review byZuzanaCzech Republic - 10.0
It's hard to explain why we liked Cadiz so much.
It's hard to explain why we liked Cadiz so much. The vibe of old town is great. Laid back, easy going, good food and coffee - what's not to like. Beaches are close by. Lots of character. Go to Cadiz!Guest review byBethanyUnited States - 8.0
Benalmadena is a lovely resort.
Benalmadena is a lovely resort. I went after the school holidays which I would recommend to couples without children. Still busy but manageable. Great places to eat and drink, lots of local attractions and if you want to save money get the train from the airport, just a few Euros.! Local Taxi fares seem to start at 5 Euro but never seem more that 8 Euro but if you struggle to walk distances (especially up the many hills) then they are great value.Guest review byJohnUnited Kingdom - 8.0

Nerja is a beautiful small town on the coast not that far from Malaga. There are many places of interest here and nearby including The Caves, Balcon de Europa, Nature Gardens, Churches, Mountains, Lakes and other Traditional Villages. There are many beaches with their own characteristics and are great for many activities including sun-bathing and swimming. Nerja also has many beautiful paved lanes with little boutiques and a ton of restaurants to cater for all tastes. Paul from London. 😀Guest review byAnonymousNetherlands
