Great hotel with super friendly Staff, great breakfast and the rooftop pool is the perfect cherry on the top. Also the street with the best restaurants and bars is like 5 min from the hotel so we were happy we choose to stay there instead of the old town that we were considering.

Wonderful hotel with exceptional service. The location is perfect, on Soller Port seafront, gorgeous view from the balcony, splash out for a sea view. Lovely facilities with beautiful landscaped pool area, nice spa, gym and small indoor pool. Excellent onsite restaurant and bar. But what makes it is the staff, so friendly and helpful. Nice little extras like wine, water and snacks in the room, plus a daily little treat. Thank you Hotel Esplendido for a lovely stay.

It is impossible to describe in a few words how fantastic a week we spent in this hotel. It can be classified as more than a four-star hotel! It offers more than what can be read in its modest description. They pay attention to every detail, everything is very elegant and sophisticated. The staff is very kind and helpful, they are always smiling, especially Ivan! The garden is wonderful, it gives enough shade to go to the beach. The pool is super good and also very clean. There are also sunbeds on the direct beach. Thank you very much for your extraordinary attentiveness, we were also awaited with breakfast at four o'clock in the early morning. I am sure we will return to this extraordinary hotel. The restaurant's food is very tasty and plentiful. There is a lot on offer, each night has a different theme .The hotel is located in a quiet little bay where almost only hotel guests bathe, so there are no crowds. The location itself is a very quiet neighborhood, no parties or music. The city of Palma is really close, 15 minutes by taxi, which costs 20-25 euros. The airport is 25 minutes away. I know it's hard to choose between the many hotels, but don't hesitate here, you won't be disappointed. I have been to many places in the world, but this is one of the first. Thank you!     What a great city - the cathedral is spectacular -it is easy...

    What a great city - the cathedral is spectacular -it is easy to get around (we hired bikes). Easy access by walking and the old town is gorgeous - full of little, squares and intriguing little roads. Eating out is so easy (sadly the exchange rate makes it a little pricey) and delicious.

    Been returning a few times.

    Been returning a few times. I always stay at the end of the bay as a solo traveller and get best both worlds. Great bus service to the airport all the way for just four euro. Lovely coastline walk around the bay well past marina and Cafe Mambo. Try some food at Skinny Kitchen. Simple cannot recommend O Beach enough, be prepared for an epic time. Pricey yes but worth it. Lockers available. I booked a tour online that included O Beach and Eden!!

    Playa de Palma is probably the best beach and swimming...

    Playa de Palma is probably the best beach and swimming experience I've ever had. The sand beach is nearly perfect, the water is crystal clear; it is a very shallow entry beach – something I usually dislike – but in this case it makes fun swimming 200-300 m off the cost and returning back. Very beautiful promenade. Lots of restaurants and shops. A half-hour away from the city of Palma, which is magnificent. Overall, a great sea resort experience.

    Arenal is really nice, love the beach and surprised to that there was relatively quiet. We went to the part of Arenal closer to Palma, just seems cleaner. Love to bicycle into Palma, Palma is amazing

    Staying in Playa d'en Bossa is great if your idea is to go clubbing and bars at night. It makes it easier to everything walking distance. However, if your trip also is for relaxing purposes or with family, I would rather choose another area of Ibiza and less expensive as well.

    Magaluf is a great destination for those who enjoy nightlife and clubbing – there are plenty of bars and clubs to choose from, offering something for everyone. You'll also find large supermarkets and a wide variety of good restaurants. However, I wouldn’t recommend it for a romantic getaway, as it's more lively and party-oriented. It’s a convenient base for exploring the southern part of Mallorca and is close to Palma. Renting a car on the island is easy and can be done at affordable prices.

    The town is peaceful, as long as you don’t stay right in the center. There are plenty of shops around, including a Lidl where you can find everything you need for a longer stay. Within just 8 kilometers you’ll find several truly amazing beaches. Another highlight are the beautiful sunsets, which can be admired perfectly from this side of the island. For me, it was a perfect choice – ideal both for a family holiday with kids and for a getaway without them.

    Typical Spanish tourist town.

    Typical Spanish tourist town. Plenty of good bars and restaurants, some with live music. Would of like it to be a bit more boutique'y and a little less Spanish/British bucket and spade. So not a lot to see, unless you like these very typical Spanish beach resorts. But overall good for a short break.

    Can Pastilla is a very peaceful town with a large, beautiful beach and many great places to walk. The promenade to Palma is perfect for running. Unlike Palma, it’s quiet and relaxing, with excellent restaurants. Highly recommended!
