Location was beautiful, sea views on both sides. Parking nearby, which is rare in La Manga. Direct access to the beach, bus stop nearby for easy travelling around the island. Therese and Gisle couldn't have done anything more to make us feel welcome and relaxed. The suite was very comfortable and clean. The villa itself was beautifully decorated. The garden area was the perfect place to relax with an aperol spritz. Breakfast each morning was excellent, and nothing seemed too much hassle. Therese and Gisle were helpful in giving local restaurant and bar recommendations and even booked us a table at a very nice restaurant. It was a fantastic trip and we hope to be back soon.

The apartment was clean and spacious in a quiet area with a lovely open view of the valley below from the balcony. The pool was only a 2 minute walk away, perfect for our needs as a family with an 8 year old and beds in the shade were always available. You definitely need a car. Beaches are only a short 10 to 15 minutes drive away. Our favourite restaurant was La Barra Tapas Bar in nearby Atamaria, high quality and very reasonable.

I think its a lovely experience with plenty of history to see at very little cost. The city is very clean and has a good relaxed atmosphere. Plenty of small bars and good restaurants to enjoy and the service everywhere we went was good. There is no problem if you dont speak Spanish. There is a large shopping mall close by if you want more choice.

We enjoyed quite a few restaurants at Mar Menor and Los Alcazares. There is a huge variety on most menu's, we found portions quite large It's easy to explore Los Alcazares and would highly recommend Murcia Trike tour, a visit to Old Town, Zarcos Cocktail Bar, Sunrise and sunsets on the beach. You can hire daybeds on the beach for the day with umbrellas Lot's of bars and restaurants along the foreshore to choose from.

The entire area is so inclusive it is amazing. So much so that the wife and I are considering investing. Mainly because it is the most inclusive resort I have ever imagined. There are lifeguards with wheelchairs, ramps, crutches, and enthusiasm; to help every one into the sea. Drop kerbs all over. And an openness and acceptance that would make this the ideal place for SEN kids, or adults with disabilities There are plenty of affordable street cafes for tapas and a fry-up, or a curry. There are a good number of good restaurants. And a fair few excellent ones.

I liked everything and everyone, nothing was a problem. My room outstanding , food outstanding . I may have liked a shuttle bus maybe going down to the Centre twice a day. The hotel I had booked into was closed but I wasn’t told until I got there. I had booked a room with balcony and bath. No balcony at new hotel and bath plug didn’t fit so I couldn’t have a bath. Couldn’t regulate the air conditioning so had to open window to allow cool air in. Food mediocre, eg smoked salmon covered in oil which overpowered taste. I booked two massages which were fantastic!
