    First of all, the staff at the hotel is simply amazing. We could interact more with Nacho and Pedro. They are really nice and helped us a lot. Talking about the room, the cleanliness was great. The room size and the amenities were perfect for a couple. We also booked a spa. I must say, they were so professional and we loved it. I highly recommend this hotel.

    The hosts were lovely and really helpful, suggested local ideas for walks and eating. The house was goregous, very clean and cosy in the evening with the fire and the garden was lovely. The pool was just brilliant. Exceptional property with lovely hosts, in a fab location for walking and exploring.

    Cute town in the "foothills" of the Guadarramas.

    Cute town in the "foothills" of the Guadarramas. We did a nice hike our first day there. The second day we went up to the ski area several miles to the north and did a snowshoe hike. There were plenty of skiers up there as well (it was March).The town had all kinds of nice bodegas and restaurants, no tourist stores since it is kind of off the beaten track. It felt like I was in the real Castilla la Nueva.

    The village was pleasant to look at but restaurants and...

    The village was pleasant to look at but restaurants and shops were closed on the Monday. Did not visit village after Monday. It would be easy to get around village but no point as it was raining all the time we were in the area and the temperature was as low as 15 degrees. Would not stay in Navacerrada again or recommend except in high season.
