Had the loveliest time. We were three friends in the room, the extra sofabed was fine. We had a sauna in our room! So much fun! And the shower was lovely. Breakfast was delicious. We especially loved the elderflower-cloudberry fizzy drink, which we could t find anywhere else sadly. Hotel staff was very helpful.

The hotel was spectacular, really comfortable and exceptionally clean. I went for the King suite with private sauna which was extremely relaxful after hiking in the -2 temps. Staff very helpful along with great advice on where to go for northern lights spotting. Will definitely be staying here again.

The location was perfect and very close to santa village. Accommodation was gorgeous and had everything we required. hot tub and sauna was a great addition after a day in the snow and the views were very special. The reception organised a taxi to collect us and drop to the airport on leaving and also held our winter clothes rental for the company to come and collect which was very helpful. Although a little pricey was a very special stay.

I'm giving this hotel a top review for several reasons...the airline lost our luggage and one of the women at the front desk (I think her name is Verra (sorry if I got it wrong!) actually called her husband at home to go pick up our luggage (we didn't have a car) and bring it to the hotel!!!! I find that EXCEPTIONAL service as well as care and compassion on the part of the staff. All of the staff were very kind and helpful. The location of this hotel is perfect...near the city center, great restaurants...walkable to everything and easy to walk to the places that offer excursions in Rovaniemi.

The hotel was in a fantastic location, with easy reach to the city centre, Riverside fireworks on NYE, a lovely riverside walk, and the shuttle bus stop, which takes you to and from the airport. We booked a day trip and the pick-up point was a short walk away. Everything was in easy reach. Nothing was too much trouble for the hotel staff, they were very polite and helpful. The hotel was spotless, really cosy and clean.

It was a good location for rovaniemi city and right next to a grocer! Very comfortable and it had everything that we needed! The owner texted us immediately whenever we had a question, the place was found super clean and we did not want to leave would 100% go back to the same apartment if i go visit rovaniemi again !

The cottage was amazing. It is small and cosy and has a lot of tech like oven and dishwasher (we didn't use it but it's nice to have) The sauna was great as well as it warmed up fast and had enough room for two. Would come back if we visit Rovaniemi again.

Beautiful location, easy access to the ski slope. Lovely walk to the bus stop for access to Santa Village, Town centre and amazing spot by the river to see the Auroa Borealis. Food was delicious and plentiful at breakfast. Highly recommend the set menu!

Summer trip to Rovaniemi: Lapland was in a heat wave which...

Summer trip to Rovaniemi: Lapland was in a heat wave which held us back a bit as it was rather humid. We enjoyed Arktikum very much, went swimming in the river, walked in the Arctic Gardens and explored the town centre. We planned some hiking but it was hotter than we expected. At end of July, sunset around midnight for only a short time, which is cool.

Our stay was perfect and would 100% recommend. The apartment was beautiful and exactly like the pictures. We were a group of girls for a hen party and it was absolutely perfect for us. The location was great!

We went by car just to see the road and environment to Rovaniemi. We were not disappointed. Along the way met other international tourists like that of Poland, France, Spain, Germany. That was nice, all had different destinations especially those with bikes, their goal was to go all the way upnorth...
