I have been fortunate enough to travel the world for over 20 years, but I have never experienced a welcome as warm and genuine as the one I received here. From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel like family. Every person was so kind, attentive, and always ready to help—not in a pushy way, but with a quiet, thoughtful presence that made us feel truly at home. There was no pressure to buy anything or do anything we didn’t want to; they were simply there for us, whenever we needed them. What truly stood out was the sense of connection and authenticity. It wasn’t just about being guests in a resort—it was about becoming part of a community. We spent hours chatting, laughing, and learning about each other’s cultures. Everything felt natural, and we became more than just visitors—we became friends. Our kids felt completely embraced by the local people. They roamed freely around the resort, playing and interacting with the community, which gave us the true Fijian experience we were hoping for. The genuine warmth and acceptance we felt here are something we will cherish forever. I have to mention the unforgettable moment when they sang us a goodbye song. It was the first time in my life I almost cried when leaving a place, not because of the departure itself, but because of the beautiful people who had made our stay so special. You could tell that their kindness was not just part of their job, but a reflection of who they truly are. They made us feel so valued, never once making us feel like we were asking for too much. My dear Fijian friends, you truly exceeded all our expectations. We would come back in a heartbeat if we didn’t live so far away. But as they say, “never say never.” My son, Filip, already said that when he grows up, he will bring his family back to this paradise. Thank you again for giving us 5 unforgettable days. The location, food, staff, and facilities were all amazing! It was nice being able to order your meal from a menu rather than relying on a buffet. It's a small resort (I believe only 4 rooms were open during our stay) so depending on the length of your visit you become quite familiar with the staff - all of which were brilliant! There is a range of both free and paid activities on offer, as well as kayaks and snorkels available for use free of charge. We had some pretty terrible weather during our stay but were still able to get out for a snorkel (which was very good) between downpours, and the activities guys were always more than happy to take us out to some great snorkeling spots for free. Drinks were reasonably priced from the restaurant, and there is a small selection of snacks and general items available for purchase from the office. Wi-Fi works well at the restaurant but operates off the cellular network so may have periods where it drops out during inclement weather. There are some massive mango trees throughout the resort that produce the most delicious mangos I've ever eaten, highly recommend! Overall, a fantastic experience and would not hesitate to recommend to others or to stay again in the future.

We did a long tour of all islands in the Yasawas, and Paradise Cove is on a short list of the very best. Of course, as it is a higher end resort, expectations were also high, but the place met them easily. The property is located on a beautiful island where the beach and water entry / water level is just perfect, regardless of high tide / low tide. One thing they don't say and they should advertise is the amazing coral reef they have just steps in the water. This was easily comparable with things we saw on boat trips. So definetlly a very big plus. Then the restaurants, they have two, and we loved them both . Magic breakfasts at the main restaurant in the gentle sun light or romantic dinners at Donu . Unforgetable memories . The team has some of the best people we met in Fiji and we felt very welcomed. Amazing blue, warm water to swim and snorkel. Snorkeling on the coral on the beach. The food was very good and the people are wonderful. Just perfect

The amazing location, very friendly and personal approach of the staff and the very comfortable and stylish decorated apartment. The welcome and farewell songs were the icing on the cake and really enjoyed the trip to the Blue Lagoon and positively surprised to have a massage included. Also liked being picked-up by small boat from the ferry.

Tai Evi homestay was the highlight of our trip to the Yasawa islands and we wish we could've stayed for longer. It is basic accommodation but perfect for what we needed and we stayed right in the village with Silo's family. The food was delicious. There is lots to do - we saw the manta rays in the manta ray passage which is a boat trip away as well as amazing reef. The beach is also nice with some good coral as well. It was also the 1st year anniversary of the homestay whilst we were there so we had a BBQ with the family and all the guests and we helped with some of the preparation of the food. However, the highlight for us was the company and people that we met here :)

Beautiful homestay with the best food we had on the Yasawas. The room is quite new, it comes with a mosquito net and a spacious bathroom. The location is stunning, directly at the beach where you can do SUP or snorkeling. The owner and his family were welcoming us at the first evening with the traditional drink Kava, it was a surprise and a very nice experience. There were also kids who enjoyed joining us doing sports. The only thing that was a no go for us were the kids lurking through our windows when we were changing. But other than that, we would recommend it 100%!

Everything was lovely! Would immediately Go back! The owner Vilise takes care for his customers in a very nice way.
