- From $149.81 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.1Very Good - What previous guests thought, 457 reviewsThe drive to the property was very beautiful! The snow was just starting to cover the upper mountains. It snowed the day we arrived. The chalet was very cute and clean! There was plenty of seating room for the 3 adults that stayed. For the smallness of the chalet (cabin), it was quite comfortable without feeling cramped. The resteraunt is very good, but is limited on selections. Breakfast is worth the price too. We are planning on coming back in the late spring. We will bring more friends to share this experience.Guest review byMarthaUnited States

When we entered the door, it was obvious that everything was desinfected, the bed sheets were clearly cleaned as they came in closed bags. The bathroom was also really clean. We travelled with our shepherd dog and a toddler and it was perfect. Directly next to the camping there is a forest for walking the dog.Guest review bySorina F.Germany

While it was rainy when we were is Strasbourg, we enjoyed walking around the historic centre which is compact and easily walkable for someone in their 80s as are my wife and I. We particularly liked place Kleber, around the corner from our hotel and the area around the cathedral.Guest review byGrantCanada - 10.0

The Alsace region is absolutely gorgeous, and Colmar was a great location for us to visit by train the other picture postcard villages like Eguisheim, Kaysersberg, Riquewihr and there are other villages that we didn't have the time to visit. The Ancient Old Town in Colmar didn't disappoint with all the cobbled stone streets and the jewel in the crown being "Little Venice" which looks fantastic in the daytime but even better in the evening when the lights come on.Guest review bySam CertoAustralia - 10.0

A charming city, especially the old town with it's cobble paved streets and character shops and cafés. The museum is a must visit attraction. It a good base to explore the region and discover the charming villages and neighbouring towns. We found the people to be friendly and most helpful especially to non French speaking visitors. Visitors need to familiarise themselves with the general opening and closing times of the shops during the week.Guest review byPETERSouth Africa - 6.0

I am French so I was happy to stay in France while visiting Basel. Because of the poor experience we had in the apartment, we moved to another one in Switzerland. We found a very charming village with beautiful architecture and nature around. Switzerland must have been wealthier than this part of France for a long time and it shows.Guest review byFRANCKUnited States - 10.0

Very clean and safe. Perfect location for a short Elzas discovery trip. Highway to Straatsburg and Colmar/Mulhouse is only 5 mins away. On the other hand it's also a very short drive to get up in the mountains.Guest review byKarmenBelgium - 10.0

Beautiful village with half-timbered houses in the heart of the wine-growing region of Alsace. Very touristy during the daytime, but the crowds thin out considerably in the evening, leaving the storks in peace with those discerning enough to have booked somewhere to stay in the village itself. Eating out is expensive and the quality is mediocre. Nobody needs to try hard here, because the location is stunning and people will keep coming back even when service is poor. Some spectacular castle ruins are hiking distance from the village. The picturesque city of Colmar is within easy reach. The historic village of Turckheim is worth visiting when the town watchman does his nightly rounds of the walls, wishing all the sleeping inhabitants a "guati Nacht" in the Alsacien language.Guest review byThe Language SecretGermany - 10.0

This is a very charming old town, very colourful and historical, in the midst of the Alsace vineyards. A stay of 2-3 days is enough to take in the local history, the delightful shops and the surrounding countryside.Guest review byAlanNew Zealand - 10.0

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay, especially for the price. The rooms were nice, clean, and spacious enough, with the added convenience of parking and being super close to the tram. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! Even though we expected to share a bathroom, we were happy to find a shower in the room, only the toilets were shared.Guest review byManuelaSpain - 10.0

This is such a picturesque town with lovely people. The wine! Fantastic. Things don't really open before 10. But the municipal spirit is exemplary. Each business puts great effort into its appearance and shows lovely civic pride.Guest review byEndaUnited Kingdom
