This is an excellent small hotel, easily accessed from the main road from Perpignan to Quillan. It is super quiet. The meals we had in the restaurant were of super quality and represented excellent value for money. The breakfast too was a superb continental type and very reasonably priced and with no limit on the food, coffee or juices. The room had been very tastefully renovated and the bathroom had a super shower. But most of all we really loved the staff. The owners have done a good job in selecting staff who we found to be super friendly and helpful. The garden area was well furnished and the swimming pool was perfectly clean and well maintained. Definitely this hotel is worth a visit, we loved it !!.

A pleasant hotel with friendly staff. It is appealing because everything here is authentic, offering a comfortable, unpretentious lifestyle. It feels like staying with a beloved aunt. The food is delicious, and the water in the well-maintained pool is clean and cool, making you feel alive and genuine.     We were given a very warm welcome by the lovely Karina on Reception. Everything was ready for us and Karina explained everything we needed to know. Every staff member we encountered was extremely warm and welcoming, including the cleaner we bumped into on the way to our room. The family room was perfect for a family of 5 and the view was amazing (room 306). The bed was one of the most comfortable I have stayed in and everything was perfectly clean. We will definitely return again! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

    Though the weather wasn’t the best we found enough to see and do in the 4 days we were there. The castle was very impressive and we had a guided tour of it. The traffic wasn’t too bad and the drivers were very courteous. In fact the French in this city were friendlier than in more frequented areas like Nice or Cannes. While there we used a pub called The Celts and I would thoroughly recommend it. As far as eating goes it wasn’t wonderful with the exception of the 4 Temps which was great

    Being a small city, with all the sights in the centre, you can see a lot in a short time. We were lucky to be there on the first Sunday of the month when entry to the Archbishops Palace is free. We also enjoyed the Sunday market, with lots of good quality things on sale, and lunch in Les Halles is a must.

    It is a little town with just one attraction as the Barbarosa fortress and the church next to it. And the greatest appeal is Pierre Richard winery 10 minutes away by car. But I absolutely fell in love with the town market, foods, wine and people. Real feeling of how perfect an ordinary town life can be, like a French film became the reality.

    Castelaundry is in the heart of Cassoulet country…we had some fabulous meals in local restaurants. It is also a stepping off point for boats on the MIDI canal. You can walk or bicycle along the paths beside the canal and watch the locks operating. Great place to visit and interesting villages nearby.

    The village was stunning, the people we met were friendly and welcoming. We would definitely recommend Leucate, it has many bars and restaurants, beautiful quaint streets and is surrounded by stunning scenery. It was a perfect stop for us.

    Very nice little town, the locals were friendly.

    Very nice little town, the locals were friendly. It was not overrun with people, the beach being very broad and very well.maintained. we enjoyed that it was sandy and clean. The infrastructure was excellent and we loved the environmental awareness in the area. We visited several local restaurants and enjoyed them all, lots of very good seafood. Narbonne city was very scenic and beautiful, colorful and quaint.

    It a lovely town with a great square and very good restaurants. Markets are held on Friday morning. We ate at a great tapas bar Steph & Coco, and breakfast at the Boulangerie on the square , both well worth your custom.
