- From US$447.98 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.5Very good - What previous guests thought, 1,230 reviewsWe had a wonderful spacious room with twin beds (our request). This room had a hall as an entrance, a separate toilet, a small living room (with a couch bed if needed), again a room with twin beds and a wonderful spacious bathroom with a separate bath and shower. Large towels, bathrobes for the both of us, slippers and pool towels were supplied, ready to use and we did not need to ask for them. The beds were very comfortable. A big plus for that! Usually the hotel beds are too firm, these were perfect for us. Coffee and tea making facilities in the room, as a minifridge and a minisafe. Our room was in the annex building on the second floor (no lift) under the roof. Nice, cosy and climatized. The staff were professional and polite. We felt very welcome. The parking area is large and private, only to be shared with guests who come to play golf. We do not play golf but start to consider as the surroundings of the chateau and golfcourse are so beautiful. The swimmingpool and tenniscourt met all expectations. No disappointments!! The bar was as you expect in a old chateau, A lot of woodwork, a huge fireplace and cosy. The staff again friendly and welcoming. The same counts for the restaurant. A cosy atmosphere, wonderful food and superb wines. Although the wines are a bit expensive. The spa area is located in the former cellars/ vaces and breathe atmosphere of the old days in stylish new high standards. Breakfast is complete, fresh orange juice, cappuccino on demand and everything you could wish for (croissants, sweet rolls, baguettes, eggs, etc etc). We will surely return. And then not for a stopover, but to spend the weekend. A weekend to be spoilt. We look forward to that one.Guest review byMargaretha A.Netherlands
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.9Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 146 reviewsIt’s set in a lovely quiet village steeped in atmosphere. A lovely building newly renovated to the highest standards. The room was excellent and if what I would expect from the COMO group. The restaurant was superb and great wine choice. Highly recommend. This was a last night Stay for my wife and I have toured several countries for two months and we wanted something very special to end. We got exactly what we wanted here. It couldn’t have been better. We did upgrade our room to the delux and felt it was worth it.Guest review byjohnAustralia

We were so impressed on our first visit, that it has become our favourite destination to break the journey when travelling between Calais and Nice. The suites are spotlessly clean, the beds are super comfy, and the private courtyard with hot tub and deck chairs feels like a little piece of paradise.Guest review byCamillaUnited Kingdom

Lovely clean city can walk everywhere.
Lovely clean city can walk everywhere. Not much to see after 3 days at most unless you're filming a medieval period film or have to work or study. I say take a a late night walk through the city with the open empty pedestrian streets and no humans around. Quite impressive. But nah..not much else. Good afternoon stopover. Furthermore Dijon needs to let go of their co-dependent relationship with mustard. The seeds are no longer grown there. :) They are imported.Guest review byLaurieFrance - 10.0

Beaune is the heart of France's beautiful, wine-centric Burgundy region. It's a good base for exploring the Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune, and has lots of restaurants, tasting rooms and wine shops. If you don't want to rent a car, you can rent bikes or walk to just about everything in town. We had an exceptional dinner at Soul Kitchen (make a reservation; there are only 12 seats) and also at La Ciboulette. The famous Hôtel Dieu - Hospices de Beaune is an exceptional historic site and the wine museum is fun and informative.Guest review byFeliciaUnited States - 10.0

We stop in Nuits St Georges on drives from UK to South of France. Its perfectly mid way, great location from the motorway and has plenty to offer. The town center has been updated since our last trip and the mix of traditional architecture and modern stone and fountains in the center of town work well together. There are a number of bars and we sat at a really great bar with a fabulous vibe drinking great draught beer and people watching. After the long drive from Calais to Nuits St George we decided to skip a restaurant and hit the local Carrefour supermarket for wine and picnic items, but, in the past we've eaten at local restaurants and there are plenty to chose from. Great place to stop, relax and rewind for the onward journey.Guest review byTina & DellFrance - 10.0

Loved that the breakfast was buffet as I had a hungry toddler with me. The fact that you can choose when to have your room cleaned was superb. Supermarket and bus stop few minutes away which was so convenient. How they have a 24hr machine to check you in even at 3am (my flight was delayed had no issues getting into my room) which was a big bonus!👍🏾Guest review byAwaUnited Kingdom - 10.0

We used this hotel for an overnight stay on our way from Belgium to Spain. We arrived late and the hotel staff deposited the room keys in a special place for us. Very handy for late arrivals. The next day, I forgot the charger of my electric tooth brush in the bathroom and the staff was extremely helpful to find it back and help me recover it with the help of some friends of mine who stayed at the hotel a couple of days later. Very friendly service and ideal place for our purposes.Guest review byBettinaBelgium - 8.0

I was en route between the south of France and the UK and Dijon was a convenient stop over. I found the hotel on the Booking.com website and it fitted my needs for a room and a meal after a long drive. It is a few kilometres from the centre of Dijon but on a main road to the city. The staff at reception and the restaurant made me feel welcome and the room was clean and well presented as were the public areas. I had a quiet and comfortable night's sleep in spite of it being at the time of the July heatwave. The facility was as described, it is not fancy but was more than adequate for my purposes.Guest review byDavidUnited Kingdom - 10.0

This was our third visit to Dijon as our daughter is studying there. So many places to eat and drink. Some fantastic finds and we are always finding new ones. Le Jacquemart is a great place for a drink or to eat. Steak and chips and a bottle of wine there is a must do ! The Blue Dog is in a lively square and is another place for a good drink and easy food. There are so many other gems we have discovered and the list is always growing. Dijon is also so easy to navigate if you stay in the centre, if you like to wander around and check out shops as well as bars and restaurants, its perfect.Guest review byGaryFrance - 6.0
Breakfast was good, as we're the morning staff.
Breakfast was good, as we're the morning staff. When I asked for a map of Beaune on arrival, I was directed to a rack of tourist leaflets, none of which were helpful!. The following morning when I asked for a map of Beaune, I was given one immediately by a very pleasant receptionist. I could not get an Internet connection in my room. There was no socket for the kettle, had to use the socket in the middle of the bed.Guest review byRogerUnited Kingdom
