Saw puffins and gannets on very reasonably price boat trip to Sept Iles. Lovely walking around the port in the evening, especially if you are impressed with the dramatic daily tidal differences. Ty Breizh has an excellent menu and excellent service. Short drive to wonderful Monday market in Trestagol.Guest review byByrd - 10.0
Saint Brieuc is a lovely town in this part of Brittany.
Saint Brieuc is a lovely town in this part of Brittany. It's big enough to have a great selection of restaurants, bars and cafes. Hotels too. Yet, it's small enough you can get out of it into the lovely Breton countryside easily enough. Not overtly touristic, but there are plenty of nice places around to visit and cycle to. A walk down to Le Legue through the Parc de la Vallée de Gouédic was a lovely start to the day. Within a short drive you can get to Binic and Paimpol, or the other direction to the magnificent beaches at Val Andre.Guest review byRobbo83France - 8.0

Lannion is a lovely town with the old town mainly on a hillside. We parked down by the river and the Tourist information who gave us a tour map. They also sold us a 'blue badge, for the parking (2 euros) which you use for your parking time. This badge can be used in blue parking areas throughout France. We spent seveal hours wandering around and had lunch in townGuest review byDavidUnited Kingdom - 10.0

A friendly town, marvellous local produce, excellent market on Thursday and dining was excellent . An easy relaxing picturesque location. My third visit for the Dartmouth Paimpol Cross Channel Regatta . The marina staff are exceptional and the Hotel Goelo was a good choice to relax in after busy days and long late dinners. Recommend L'Escale , Terre Nuevos and Le Criee to eat at - the standard of service at each was superb and the food delicious.Guest review byLorraineUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Small picturesque town on the beautiful pink granite coast.
Small picturesque town on the beautiful pink granite coast. Lots of restaurants and bars and many places to walk. Wider area has much to recommend it too with many coves and beaches to explore. The boat tours around the archipelago of islands to the north are interesting to bird lovers and small kids will enjoy the Gaulish village with its old fashioned games and activities. The tourist office in Trébeurden are very helpful and a good place to get ideas and buy tickets.Guest review byJamesUnited Kingdom - 4.0
The staff were friendly and bilingual. The site was quiet.
The staff were friendly and bilingual. The site was quiet. It is well positioned for walks along the headland plus excursions into the city to the south and to the beaches and villages to the north. Some of the rooms including ours were in separate blocks, Thankfully there was no rain or high wind when we stayed there. The bedroom was small and cramped and not what one would expect of a four-star hotel. There was only one chair for two people. Limited coffee facility One Cup one small cup no refills of coffee or cream. The safe was small and difficult to access on the floor. What we thought was a fridge / mini bar was in fact a fuse cupboard. There was advertised a swimming pool and spa, yet this small feature was not part of the price as hotel guests had to pay extra. The restaurant did not have reserved places for hotel guests and appeared to be fully booked on the Saturday.Guest review byColyer - 10.0
The beautiful old houses & the interesting small shops.
The beautiful old houses & the interesting small shops. We had some meals at a restaurant at the bottom of the street,. The mussels there were fantastic as was the cider. Generally the Breton gallettes were very interesting & well worth trying as were the crepes, of course. The port area was very attractive & I loved the surrounding countryside & the tree lined roads.Guest review byEliBUnited Kingdom - 10.0

We approached from the south and we for a lovely walk along the beach at Bout des Ville then for drink and dinner down by the yacht haven under the big N12 road bridge. We loved it and will use it as a stop off point, en route to Roscoff again.Guest review byJaneUnited Kingdom
