- From US$148.18 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.5Very good - What previous guests thought, 910 reviewsIt is a truly lovely little hotel. Little in the sense that it is not big, but full of charm and personality. The way they managed to optimise everything is awesome. Our room wasn't big, but very well designed, to enjoy the seaview from the balcony, to the bed, to the shower: just fantastic. The bed was excellent. Soundproofing is excellent too. The spa is likewise small, but very enjoyable, with a limited access policy to ensure privacy. There is also an option to fully privatise it. The restaurant is great, with fresh, local and creative food, refined without ostentation. With a special mention for the dessert. Breakfast is very good as well. Both the breakfast and dining rooms are beautifully facing the sea. The private beach right in front of the hotel is perfect. I had read some comments before booking: it is not private in the sense it is not exclusive to the hotel guests, but it is not less convenient or good. The sunbeds are perfect, the beach really gorgeous and the water clear for swimming and snorkeling. Anything else? Of course there is! The staff is so friendly. A young team that is, but very professional and helpful. It was a delight to engage with them. Conclusion : it is the opposite of these "in your face" palace hotels or of these cloned hotel chains/resorts. It is a real little hotel, offering full comfort and amazing guest experience. It is a little hotel like we would like to see more these days.Guest review byOlivierBelgium
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.8Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 831 reviewsA lovely place, close to the sea (and the sea is really windy, so great it has a pool good for a short swim inside the territory). Place offers towels for both bath and pool, which was great! And - ladies - the tiny hair conditioner was good enough for the travel)) Our room had a balcony to sit and watch the Lagune. Parking has a lot of space (in front and behind hotel) and we had 24h entrance thanks to codes Hotel has both breakfasts and dinners - should note, we didn't find anything worthy in the nearby (in September many summer places were already closed), this was actually the best dinner place around. The local food didn't go well with me, I had a severe disorder, but this may well be the new foods I tried. Staff is lovely, and with Google translate help we could speak with everyoneGuest review byMariiaUkraine
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.1Very good - What previous guests thought, 136 reviewsSo far this was the best camping we stayed in. It has a lot of nature, a very rural location (a plus for my taste), the staff is friendly and they are trying to acomodate every wish you have. The pool facilities are very nice for the kids and not only. It is also pretty close to the sea as well as to the river. You can rent bikes and enjoy the surroundings or play the free games they propose: mini golf, table tennis, football and others... all in all it was a great deal for us. And not to forget the entertainment team - awesome - the shows every evening are super cool. The band they had was top!Guest review byMihai-ASpain

The way how we were welcomed was amazing by a very, very pleasant, friendly young talented man!! The whole staff was very kind and helpful. The atmosphere and furniture in a kind of chic Caribbean style fitting in the landscape! Dinner and supporting wines were very good. Breakfast again in a relaxed atmosphere. Staff very good. Could sit outside and inside. Again the staff helpful, friendly. The staff found my phone. Everything was good!! we did not had time for the spa, that is for our next visit!Guest review byHildegardNetherlands

Lovely little gem of a town, lots of medieval history and a good food and drinks scene. People are really friendly and a lot speak a bit of English if your French isn’t very good! It’s a very walkable town as well, and I recommend the little train tour to give you some history and context for the place.Guest review byCarolineUnited Kingdom - 10.0
It is a nice town with a beautiful beach.
It is a nice town with a beautiful beach. It has a very relaxing and positive feel to it. Most of the tourists are French families. I found locals to be welcoming. We really enjoyed taking the tour train around the area and had fun. Be sure to visit the beautiful town centre. There are many charming little shops and vibrant outdoor markets.Guest review byJung-EunIreland - 10.0

Everything is very central, so there is no need for transport unless you want to visit outside the town. The beaches are clean and safe with lifeguards on duty. There are many restaurants and all the restaurants we tried produced excellent food and wine at very reasonable prices. The walk to Port Vendres takes around 30 minutes on a very safe path. It's well worth a visit. There is a large choice of cafes and bars and a good market on Saturday mornings. The coastal path to Argeles Sur Mer is a lovely coastal walk, it's quite steep in places but well worth the effort. Carcassonne is less than 2 hours on the train. We went on a Sunday for 2 Euros return. It's a historical city famous for its mendiaval citadel.Guest review byGibson - 8.0

Nice sea town for a family vacation with some free activities organised by this town (disco, concerts). For the beach club we enjoyed staing at Nami beach club, for food I would recommend trying a takeaway Sud Paella and for cocktails Pub del Mar. I would also recommend to go to the lake during the sunset.Guest review byNataliiaFrance - 8.0
Good ski domain and easy access to the slopes.
Good ski domain and easy access to the slopes. Well managed ski slopes and helpful welcoming people all around. The only issue is the noisy nature of the town with a lot of drunk people shouting at night. The smell of joints is also very common everywhere, including on the chair lifts, almost as common as in Amsterdam before the change of rules. This should be better managed as I had not noticed this when I came 8 years ago. Shopping is limited if you don’t want cigarettes, alcohol, make up. A lot less options than a few years ago. Found lots of good restaurants with a wide variety of food options at reasonable value. Overall, a good base for skiing but with compromises.Guest review bycarolineUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Loved Banyuls, the atmosphere also the beach ,shops and activities. On the night we were there there was in the square a group of dancers doing the tango. We plan to visit again and stay for much longer.Guest review byDavidFrance - 4.0
The rooms are old and dated.
The rooms are old and dated. The aircon doesn’t work very well and the windows have locks on them. The room was hot and stuffy. The ibis rooms are accessed via the Novotel. Apart from the reception and dining area it all looks a bit shabby.Guest review byOliviaUnited Kingdom - 10.0

A cozy small town.
A cozy small town. A number of harbour restaurants to choose from, a very good bakery, a butchery, a little grocery - all in 5 min afoot. Carrefour and Lidl markets are both 15 min walk from the center. Town has a good road connection northwards. There is a railway station and 25 min by direct train to Perpignan, 1:15 to Narbonne. One can take an easy hike along the cost right from the house, or go half-day relaxing 3km tour by a sidewalk along the shore to the nearby extremely charming town of Collioure.Guest review bySergeyNorway - 10.0

The owners are very responsive. The place is very clean and having everything needed in the kitchen. On the top, we found water in the fridge, some delicious catalan cookies and coffee for the morning. The apartment has air condition. The neighbors are nice, so it is quite.Guest review byLauraBelgium
