- From US$205.20 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 7.0Good - What previous guests thought, 281 reviewsWhen we stayed at your hotel, we were genuinely impressed by the exceptional service we received—particularly from Leah, who I believe was the manager on duty that day. She was absolutely amazing: warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Leah was full of useful information and ensured we signed up for the IHG membership, which we truly appreciated. Even after we checked out, she kindly let us stay in the lounge while we waited for our airport taxi. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and her professionalism and friendliness really stood out. We were also deeply appreciative of how far both Leah and her team that day gone—literally and figuratively—to provide such a high standard of care. Their efforts did not go unnoticed, and we left feeling genuinely looked after. Thank you so much for a memorable stay! We will be back !Guest review byEsraUnited Kingdom

So much to do and see.
So much to do and see. Small city but full of nooks and crannies and olde world charm. I was born in Edinburgh so always enjoy going back. Transportation is excellent. Trains to Glasgow, the highlands and London. Local buses to North Berwick and St. Andrews. and Coach buses to Glasgow and the highlands. Free museums, and galleries, and churches. Lots of quaint pubs. The high street (Princes Street) is looking a little tired and neglected. With the view of the castle it should be prime real estate. Too many loud, annnoying tourist cheap shops. What happened to Jenners and Marks and Spencers???Guest review byFionaCanada - 10.0
Location brilliant.
Location brilliant. Comfortable and cleanliness also excellent. Provision of food and drink, comfort of lounge area, efficiency at reception very good. Only 1 criticism - no decaff coffee at bar or are self-service area. (There was decaff coffee in the room!)Guest review byMaureenUnited Kingdom - 10.0

The harbour is charming, and seeing the difference between high and low tide is remarkable. There is a lot of traffic on the high street but the shops are charming and mostly seem to be independent. Locally there is a great brewery, lovely beach and leisure centre with decent pool.Guest review byCeslynUnited Kingdom - 8.0

The location was very convenient, with a market nearby that offered everything one might need during a short stay. While the approach lane wasn’t particularly impressive, the apartment itself exceeded our expectations — beautifully maintained and very comfortable inside.Guest review byREHAN HABIBUnited Arab Emirates - 8.0

Queensferry is a lovely town, but suffers as all have from shops being turned in to hairdressers and charity shops. Could do with a little bit of care and attention to some of the lovely old buildings which are looking a bit stressed.Guest review byMalcolmUnited Kingdom - 2.0
While I found the room itself comfortable and well-presented...
While I found the room itself comfortable and well-presented, unfortunately, the overall experience was significantly impacted by a series of distressing events. During the night, there were repeated electricity outages which triggered alarms multiple times. This culminated in the arrival of firefighters at my room—an unexpected and unsettling experience. To add to the concern, there was no staff present at the reception during this time, which left me feeling quite unsafe and unsupported. To date, I have not received any form of apology, explanation, or gesture of goodwill from your team. I believe a situation like this warrants not only a sincere apology but also a degree of accountability and customer care, especially considering the level of disruption and concern caused.Guest review byStephanieUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Lovely weather, so walked round the loch (lake) to Linlithgow Peel (Park). Visited the Palace, - birthplace of Mary, Queen of Scots, Church & Museum, wonderful. Sampled great coffees, homemade lunches & baking in the several small independent cafes. Took train to Edinburgh and Glasgow, and car to Stirling. So easy and practical.Guest review byWendySwitzerland - 10.0

North Berwick is an adorable seaside town with beautiful scenic views and an amazing golf course. We enjoyed the quaint shops and restaurants as well as hiking the law. Getting around was so simple. We walked everywhere and found it so easy to go back and forth to our accommodations. One word of caution, most places stop serving dinner by 8:00pm. Wonderful place to visit!Guest review bygretchenUnited States - 10.0

Lovely quiet resort close to amenities with an excellent bus service. Went into Edinburgh every day and saw lots of sites such as the castle / dungeons/ Mary Kings close/ Obscura observatory and a witchy museum. We ate on site or in Edinburgh. All in all we had a fantastic time and made loads of memories.Guest review bySUSANUnited Kingdom - 4.0

Just very disappointing, nice looking pictures online but the reality is far removed. Probably ok for 4 lads looking for a place to crash and go into the city but the slightly more discerning amongst you will find this second floor property, complete with ghetto style entrance and stairways rather lacking.Guest review byDanUnited Kingdom
