- From $65.09 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 7.2Good - What previous guests thought, 2,963 reviewsThe rooms were nice and cozy, great use of space with a modern touch. The location is really good, a 2 minute walk from the city centre but far enough from the noise. The staff were amazing and kind, especially the manager, who had some great recommendations for things to do around town and also a great conversation person. Would highly recommend, i’ll definitely be back next time!Guest review bymatanIsrael

Having the night security was really great too for people coming home at different times. The TV/sound bar, number of mirrors, and seating in the living room were all really great that you don't always find in apartments.Guest review byVickyUnited Kingdom

Vibrant city. Great People.
Vibrant city. Great People. Nice destination for UK City break. Try the 360 degree experience on top of Liver Building if you want a birds eye view. Plenty of tourist haunts centred around the Beatles of course. Some great historic pubs if you look for them on the less trodden paths.Guest review byMattUnited Kingdom - 8.0
If you like walking, Southport is a feast for your feet!
If you like walking, Southport is a feast for your feet! Lots to do for all ages and interests. Theatre, cinema, shops, proper shopping centre and the more quaint diverse shops. Sea front is wonderful for kids and plenty of parks to just roam in. If you walk west a bit, there's a fabulous little train track for little and big kids (think adults). Only a short ride but stacks of fun. If you like social history too, just stop and look at the wonderful architecture and old big houses that shout of more wealthy times when Liverpool industrialists had their summer homes here. I went round the museum and the kids were loving it. Not an expensive place to visit...a little goldmine of charm for all ages!Guest review byTUnited Kingdom - 10.0

John Lennon airport is a compact airport without the stress of a huge airport. There is a W. H. Smith and a coffee shop in departures open from 3.15 a.m. for early flights and clearly marked check in desks.Guest review byPamUnited Kingdom - 2.0

Got there on the Sunday evening to find that the TV was not connected, tried to connect and the TV nearly fell off the brackets supporting it. Contacted the number given and was told someone would ring me back still waiting. Can back on the Monday to find not only was the TV not working I also had no electricity. Phoned again and again told someone would connect me (Still waiting of that call as well). Had to throw out the food I had brought and could not even have a shower. Would not use again if the last place in St HelensGuest review byGarryUnited Kingdom - 10.0

We stayed at Knowsley as it was much more cost effective than 2 nights in similar accommodation in Liverpool. We were down for the Everton Man City game. Unfortunately neither of us drive and as buses don't Service the hotel at the weekend meant we had to rely on taxis. For anyone who drives the location is not a problem though. Visited a few of the local hostelries. Copperpot, Derby Arms and Vikings Landing all were very friendly places with good service. Prices for drinks are favourable compared to other cities.Guest review byBryanUnited Kingdom - 8.0

Heswall is a friendly little town, with a good selection of small shops and eateries. Please do visit the book shop! From the outside it looks like any other shop, but step inside and you will be bowled over with what's on offer, which even includes a cafe. Heswall offers easy access to other destinations on The Wirrall, including the delightful West Kirby. It is a great spot to explore places further afield, such as North Wales, Chester and Liverpool.Guest review byJaneUnited Kingdom - 8.0
Very clean . Beautiful surroundings. Comfortable.
Very clean . Beautiful surroundings. Comfortable. Not very warm especially dining room had to eat evening meal with coats on . Evening bar staff refused us a cup of coffee having already had one and then sent another person to their room to make one in their room and bring it back to their company sitting in the bar . And they were elderly. So not very good . Bar could of stayed open a little longer .... admittedly it was about 10.30pm but when you have been out and you need a nightcap in hotel even if just a cuppa not good .Guest review byMichelle - 4.0

Prescot is amazing if you are going for the new playhouse experience, otherwise it does not have a lot to recommend it....we had an ok meal at Pinion, service very slow, and the meals were not quite right as ordered...it's about half an hour by train from Liverpool....Guest review byJudithUnited Kingdom
