I stayed at the hotel for one night while travelling to Coventry with my mother, and we had a wonderful experience. Our room was spacious, spotless, and offered a lovely view. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, making for a restful night. We also had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, Cogs Bar & Kitchen, and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious, the atmosphere warm and inviting, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Coventry.

    The room was comfortable, the decor was gorgeous, cleanliness was 10/10, the staff were professional, inviting and helpful, the breakfast was brilliant, we enjoyed a cocktail in the sky bar, the lift was quickly fixed after it wasn't in service, the foyer is stunning and the on site restaurants provided a nice variety of quality food, the spa was beautiful and the pool clean and well maintained, all the spa facilities were working properly and the touch of free drinks was lovely.

    I've stayed at Redwings Lodge many times, its always reliable and I know what to expect. Easy check in, polite staff and value for money. The rooms are large, soft, comfy bed, clean and fresh bedding guarantees a great nights sleep. Despite the room facing the road it was quiet and at night no noise at all. The bathroom was spotless with plenty of soft, clean towels. The room has tea and coffee making facilities There is a private bar for guests and they also serve some food.

    The hotel is just a few minutes on foot from Birmingham New Street Railway Station and its amenities and facilities, as well as the vibrant city center.     Cosmopolitan, but really friendly. Lots of interesting places to visit - notably the Jewellery Quarter Museum (take the tram) and the Back2Backs Museum (by Chinatown). Obviously, fantastic shopping in the Bullring and many other shopping centres etc and the Gas Street Canal area was interesting (probably even more so at night when it really comes alive!). With the recent death of Ozzy Osborne (Black Sabbath) there's plenty of 'memorials' to him currently. If historical and cultural buildings are 'your thing' then there's plenty to see and do. We were surprised by the significant amount of 'open spaces' for the residents/workers of Birmingham to relax in the centre of the City. Don't overlook Birmingham as a city centre destination!

    Good location for Newmarket race course and the M11. the 24/7 bar and kitchen was a pleasant surprise as we didnt get in until 11.30pm from the concert. Breakfast was good but not as good as other IHG hotels I have stayed in. Less choice and the coffee machine that day was not working.

    Lovely city with the cathedral, art gallery and transport museum to visit. They continue to make improvements to the city centre, and walking around there is really pleasant with the water features and plantation. Plenty of choices to eat and drink.

    Good hotel for the price I paid can’t complain at all in fact will recommend and will be return customer for sure. Entrance from the main road to the hotel is bit confusing but I am sure after one wrong turn it will be managed . Breakfast was good had all the options available. Hot sausage Vegan option is available which I did not know at the time of stay. It would be nice to add halal sausage as well Beds were comfortable very nice and clean room but body lotion can be a good addition to the collection.

    The village is just a short walk from the guesthouse. The village is interesting with a large village pond, village green with a monument to cyclists, two grocery stores, a chemist and two really good pubs that do food. Lots of footpaths and the odd thatched cottage are in the neighbourhood. It's about 9 miles from the NEC. The bus service seems to be good too. We had an excellent evening meal at the Strawberry gardens. I suggest booking a table in advance though, they were very good and fitted us in on a very busy Friday night. It was a later dinner than we'd hoped but it was good quality food and service.
