Great value B&B with full breakfast included in price. Room was big and very comfortable, seemed to be newly decorated and was fresh and modern. Parking is easy with meter parking to rear of property, its free from 12 p.m. to 8 a.m. and £1 per hour thereafter with maximum £6. We used RingGo app to pay at 8am which saved having to get out of bed to feed the meter !!!

Leeds is a city full of culture historic buildings and places and university. The areas near the river are getting more regeneration to make it attractive to locals and tourists. It’s buzzing with young people and night life. There’s a range of galleries and museums ,the library is a must visit . The variety of Restaurants and cafes offer satisfaction to all tastes and ages. I was pleasantly impressed with what Leeds has to offer. And the future is bright for this lovely city.

I only came to see my friend who started to study at the University. But it was really nice surprise how the city was nice. People are very friendly. I love the old buildings, old church, and the new architecture, all nicely mixed and nicely done. I also love the tram. I felt the city was really safe. Lots of nice restaurants and pubs. I also found very reasonable guesthouse with the parking. This guesthouse made me to stay longer in the city. the size of the city is just right. Not too big. Not too small. I am looking forward to going back next month to explore more.

Check other feedback regarding cleaning. We arrived to find a lovely place however let down by very poor cleaning dead fly's on window cils didn't think to much about it until we went outside and found a glass jar full of cigarettes ends left right next to the door. But to top it off there were dog poo bags witch had been left full of poo between the door step and drain cover which might of explained the dead fly's in the house as there was a half inch gap at the bottom of the kitchen door see pictures. I have emailed host and stay to bring it to there attention but received no refund or explanation. There is no secure garden for pets so be aware of that. So for £380 for 2 nights which was reduced I think it was very over priced. Check pics discusting. I forgot to mention dog poo in yard not picked up which I stood in. Not good

Harrogate is lovely - plenty of shops - little boutiques and a variety of Restaurants and Bars - we stayed for one night and went to Bettys Tea Rooms for Afternoon tea - Nightlife is quieter than most towns but there are bars which cater for all tastes and ones that stay open late - we went to the Blues Cafe Bar which has Live Music 7 x day per week. Train station and bus station in Centre - also there is a wonderful Valley Park which is worth a visit
