Modern with nice design room, where I can find all fasciitis (air conditioner, tv, kettle, fridge). I even had a bath in bathroom! 2. Increadible view from my room on hills, I can lay on the bed and see how clouds go through the hills) it's better that any TV) 3. Chateau has the best location, because it is in very peaceful place with own area, but at the same time very close to the canyon and path to waterfalls. 4. Chateau it self had an interesting long history and the owner can tell you and show grapes plantation, qvevri, different equipments for wine producing. 5. Staff was very friendly and I want to thank so much the owner, who takes me on a tour of chateau and give me to taste handmade wine and cognac! The quality of this product very high, l regret that can't take some bottles with me) 6. Also there is billard, lounge zone, sheeps and pond with trout and swimming pool, so you can find many activities even in the chateau area) I wish the owner that all his plans become a real!! The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay, we got to try many Georgian foods. There was a huge variety and everything was delicious. They even made us some food for the road for our trip to Batumi. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds, and the view from the terrace is spectacular. Also, the host makes cognac and wine, I recommend trying both, they're great. They also helped us find a driver to Batumi for a really competitive price. We even had the option to upgrade our room for free when a bigger room became available. The master does it with his heart and cares a lot about the guest's satisfaction. We stayed here the first night on our flight to Georgia and then spent the last 2 nights. The man cooks absolutely fantastic food! Be sure to have dinner. The rooms are beautiful, antique. That's how we like it. Overall, the house has a pleasant atmosphere and beautiful seating in the garden. The best accommodation in Georgia. A short distance from the center of Kutaisi. Place are “tired” and outdated. Beds are not comfortable. There’s no actual full bed but 2 single beds put together- very uncomfortable. The size of the room is fine though. The balcony is nice too, but there was no outside furniture (!) and not enough pillows and towels for all of us (although were delivered the next day upon request). The hotel staff are nice, trying their best to please, but the place itself is very basic. Parking is crowded. It’s so nice city , especially in the night with a lights and the streets were have a lot of restaurants and cafes and many gardens were nice too … and the fountain in the center of the city it was so so nice.. This town is the local capital of spa centres. I recommend this impressive town to the lovers of old Stalin-era architecture and Georgian spa procedures. Plus, there are several abandoned spa resorts built in the 1950s.
