Friendly staffs preparing the breakfast and even gave us fresh fruits. Place was even near to city center only like 5 minutes. The reception staff (Ms. Nini) was warm and friendly. Place are “tired” and outdated. Beds are not comfortable. There’s no actual full bed but 2 single beds put together- very uncomfortable. The size of the room is fine though. The balcony is nice too, but there was no outside furniture (!) and not enough pillows and towels for all of us (although were delivered the next day upon request). The hotel staff are nice, trying their best to please, but the place itself is very basic. Parking is crowded. This town is the local capital of spa centres. I recommend this impressive town to the lovers of old Stalin-era architecture and Georgian spa procedures. Plus, there are several abandoned spa resorts built in the 1950s.
