Easy Parking in front of the hotel. We had 2 rooms. Great view from the room, at the backside - view of the river, mountains , Gergetti church at the top of the hill. Calming noise of the river at night time if you leave the balcony door open. View from the front side is onto the square / road - you can sit on the balcony and just watch the world go by. The road is busy, but with the balcony door shut you don't get disturbed during the night. Very good staff - Friendly, polite and helpful. Great Breakfast selection and good meals at the restaurant. In hindsight, I would have stayed a day less but that had nothing to do with Kazbegi but the place I stayed. After seeing Rooms Hotel and dining there, I could definitely stay there for a week and enjoy Kazbegi region. Also, if I go again, I'd probably rent a car in Tbilisi and drive there. Roads are OK without snow and the traffic is not bad at all. Spring and early autumn should be really good in Kazbegi. Fantastic place for skiing holidays. However, you have to have some previous experience skiing or snowboarding; it's not very beginner-friendly. But the views are fantastic, and paragliding options are available as well, so you can enjoy flying. And most importantly, no queues on lifts:) and decent ticket prices. The cabin was nice and clean, and the owner was friendly. It was located in the backyard of their house but still comfortable. There were no windows or anything towards the cabin itself. It's close to the riverside, and you could easily walk there. The rest looked the same as the pictures. There were also some snacks in the mini-fridge, but I believe you have to pay some extra charge for them (we didn't use them, so I'm not sure). upstairs was very hot (we went there in July) but while you were downstairs you could easily use AC.
