I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting and the vibe was perfect. The facilities were top-notch and impeccably clean. The check-in and check-out process was fast and efficient, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. What I liked best about this hotel was the overall atmosphere and the excellent customer service. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I recently stayed at hotel axien kazbegi for 1 night in April. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the city, with several attractions within walking distance. My room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, offering a beautiful view of mkinvatsveri and gergety trinity church. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were exceptionally courteous and accommodating throughout my stay. While the rates were reasonable, the overall value exceeded my expectations. The entire hotel was meticulously clean, and I felt safe given the current circumstances. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Hotel Axien and would highly recommend it to fellow travelers

The hotel’s location couldn’t be better; situated right by the ski lift, with the added convenience of an on-site ski rental and depot that made gearing up effortless. The staff truly enhanced the experience with their warm hospitality and helpful recommendations for exploring Gudauri, as well as their assistance in arranging smooth transfers. A standout feature was the bowling alley at the entertainment center, providing endless fun. Don’t miss the shrimp tempura and chicken schnitzel from the bar menu, they’re absolutely delicious and not to be missed!

    Views from the hotel are breathtaking! It is a bit of a hike to get to the hotel usually 1 km uphill but it is easily doable, they also offer horses for an additional charge to take you till the hotel It will be you & the Mt. Chaukhi (Georgian Dolomites) and nothing in between :) Hotel is in quite a remote location but has all the basic facilities for a comfortable & cosy stay. Tamari was a great host!!! From her recommendations on what to eat & Georgian hospitality! Tamari we should have partied on the last night of the hotel closing for the season!

    Great value for money, and the location was best. Our room was very big with two balconies. The scenery from the balconey was fantastic. The hotel provided a baby cot free of charge. Two chairs were there those were able to convert to beds. Morning breakfast has many varities. There is an open terrace in the restaurant to have coffee while enjoying the view.

    Fantastic place for skiing holidays.

    Fantastic place for skiing holidays. However, you have to have some previous experience skiing or snowboarding; it's not very beginner-friendly. But the views are fantastic, and paragliding options are available as well, so you can enjoy flying. And most importantly, no queues on lifts:) and decent ticket prices. It was fantastic and memorable holidays.

    In hindsight, I would have stayed a day less but that had nothing to do with Kazbegi but the place I stayed. After seeing Rooms Hotel and dining there, I could definitely stay there for a week and enjoy Kazbegi region. Also, if I go again, I'd probably rent a car in Tbilisi and drive there. Roads are OK without snow and the traffic is not bad at all. Spring and early autumn should be really good in Kazbegi. I liked the close by Sno Village a lot, lovely place.

    The cabin was nice and clean, and the owner was friendly. It was located in the backyard of their house but still comfortable. There were no windows or anything towards the cabin itself. It's close to the riverside, and you could easily walk there. The rest looked the same as the pictures. There were also some snacks in the mini-fridge, but I believe you have to pay some extra charge for them (we didn't use them, so I'm not sure). upstairs was very hot (we went there in July) but while you were downstairs you could easily use AC. Also, I expected some slippers but I couldn't find any.

    We wanted a hotel with a Mountain View & Grand View was just perfect for that. We hiked up to the church early in the morning to take in the views of Kazbegi & rewarded ourselves with a delicious breakfast in town @ Tiba after - really recommend . Short & sweet trip !
