I would like to especially mention the reception staff. I arrived very early in the morning and obviously the room was not ready yet, receptionist Lizzy immediately offered me a cup of coffee. Then during the day there was Tata at the reception, whom I would like to especially mention, she constantly monitored the readiness of the room and as soon as it was ready, I immediately received information. Check-in was done in a second. During the entire stay, she was always on shift during the day. Thanks to her, I always saw and felt a very cozy, friendly and pleasant atmosphere at the reception, maximum respect for guests and always a desire to help. I was amazed! Only extremely positive impressions remained. The rooms were clean. At breakfast, each of our company could find something suitable for themselves. I will definitely visit this hotel again!

The manager and the staff are great people. The rooms are cleaned up very nicely by Tanya and her colleague. Aram and Igor are good at the front desk and they are also very informative and helpful. Mila is very informative and caring, throughout the whole stay she made sure that her guests had a unforgettable stay and gave us advice on multiple places to visit and she has great communication skills and a little bit of jokes.

It’s the first and only place I found that really created and pioneering true wellness concept in Georgia. Not in a superficial way but truly in foundational way. And I am talking as someone working in Welness business. In my opinion, quality is even better then I have experienced in other welness places in other countries. I was worried that pictures were too polished and will not represent reality (like in many other places in Georgia) but actually I found the place even nicer then in those nice pictures already. I happened to meet the owner and it really touched me how much heart and soul he puts in this place with his own hands, he cares about all the details in the genuine way. And you can feel that in the place. Going home with very positive and almost surreal experience… Please keep that level of professionalism, focus on health throughout all place in growing this super unique and creatively authentic place. Highly recommend staying at Penthouse Hotel! It's located in a prime location which was just steps away from key sights including the Metekhi church, Bridge of Peace, Rike Park, cable car stop, Narikala, Jan-Shardeni street, Tbilisi museum, plenty of souvenir shops and supermarkets. The rooms were very clean (we stayed in rooms 406 and 408 which didn't have a balcony but had simply amazing views of the city, room 408 had a spacious red tiled bathroom). The common dining room views were breathtaking. The breakfast was amazing too with just the right spread. Special thanks to Gladina ( I hope I'm getting the name right) who cooked the lovely breakfast every morning. All the staff were really nice and accommodating. We were 3 families staying with 3 small kids (all < 5 years old including a 1 year old), and they allowed us to use the microwave and dishes from the dining hall which was really convenient when preparing the baby's food for other meals.

Property is near by the airport, but road is rough. And never ever get into a taxi without agreement on the fare. Checked in at 0200am without any hassle. Owner was good. No selection on breakfast menu. Comfy bed, clean towels, room heater was there.

The hotel: the staff, you can feel that they care for your comfortable vacation. they are so welcoming, especially the lady with short haircut whose name I cant remember, let us know every detail about the hotel when we called for information, then when we arrived, she met us with a warm welcome and said they could upgrade us so we could stay on the upper floor, bigger hotel room, not a budget one that we have booked. Other members of the staff were also very helpful, with smile on their faces everywhere: in the gaming zone, in the reception, the building itself: facilities:indoor swimming pool with outdoor terrace with a beautiful garden and comfy outdoor furniture. Pool is crystal clean, water temperature is warm enough to enjoy swimming even from the first seconds. What is also very important: nobody interrupts you while enjoying your vacation: no loud sounds, you have all the privacy, so you can relax. You have so many things to do here! Even if the weather is bad, you can enjoy your stay: Gaming space: Billiards, bowling, air hockey, table tennis, virtual games, cinema, indoor swimming pool with window on a part of its ceiling, terrace with beautiful garden and nice, not very loud music. Beautiful nature near the hotel: central park is on walking distance (although not very comfortable walk as it is on the central road), but when you come to the park, you can enjoy the forrest-like quiet park with big trees🌲🌲, children can enjoy climbing and other facilities, football stadium. Thank you for everything. We will definitely come back when we want to relax near Tbilisi.

The city is amazing!

The city is amazing! Perfect combination of historic architecture and modern buildings. Food was okay. Found great places for local ones. And the streets are beautiful. The river was my fav!! Moving around the city on foot can get confusing sometimes! We couldn’t find crossings! And there were a lot to do! So next time maybe I plan a longer one.

It was a rather secluded location and other that sidewalk eateries (Shwarma etc.) that were a 5-10 minute walk away, there were no restaurants nearby for meals. We were told that the nearest restaurant was about 5 km.

I booked 3 days in April for hiking and it was great.

I booked 3 days in April for hiking and it was great. There are 5+ trails available: - Azeula fortress (8km round trip), - Ghoubani (11.2 km round trip), - Udzo - Turtle Lake - Tbilisi (12 km one way), - Azureti (~10 km one way), - Kiketi (11 km one way). Routes are very clearly indicated. During April there are no restaurants/cafes either in hotel or Kojori at al. But there are several supermarkets to buy food. Locals said there is a kebab place during high season.

On the first day in Tbilisi we went to Rike Park and then by the cable car up to see the views of Tbilisi at sunset. Then we walked on the Bridge of Peace and went to the east side of Mtvkari river. We had dinner at Shatre, Sabatono and some other restaurants. It was easy and inexpensive to get around the city with a Bolt. A visit to the Mtatsminda Park and Botanical garden is for young children.
