Really great hotel, excellent location and views. The family room is actually 2 connected rooms which is really convenient and comfortable. The staff is great, they always made us feel at home and were extremely helpful. We did one tour organized by the hotel and it was wonderful. Breakfast is very good.

The hotel is possibly the best location for all tourist attractions and restaurants and the staff is extremely professional, courteous and ready to help which made our stay so comfortable. Special mention to the two receptionists (Gvantsa and my apologies i didnt catch the main receptionists name) and the security personnel. Highly recommend it to all.

It’s the first and only place I found that really created and pioneering true wellness concept in Georgia. Not in a superficial way but truly in foundational way. And I am talking as someone working in Welness business. In my opinion, quality is even better then I have experienced in other welness places in other countries. I was worried that pictures were too polished and will not represent reality (like in many other places in Georgia) but actually I found the place even nicer then in those nice pictures already. I happened to meet the owner and it really touched me how much heart and soul he puts in this place with his own hands, he cares about all the details in the genuine way. And you can feel that in the place. Going home with very positive and almost surreal experience… Please keep that level of professionalism, focus on health throughout all place in growing this super unique and creatively authentic place. Absolute gem. Small, green, quiet island of peace in an otherwise crowded, noisy city. Hotel is small, but offers all necessary facilities. Garden is amazing. Swimming pool is perfect, particularly the depth and the fact that it is heated - so comfortable. Rooms are spacious and modern. Balcony is big and it is as if it's located in a jungle, with birds chirping and full of trees - unique for Tbilisi. Cleanliness is perfect. Bed was large and comfortable. Availability of tea and coffee in lounge was a nice extra. And the location is great too, close to restaurants, bars, Rustaveli metro and with a supermarket 1 minute away. Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The staff are incredibly friendly too. My booking was somewhat unconventional because I had to keep switching the dates, but the hotel was incredibly helpful and made sure I could stay in the same room all the time. All in all, I will return here for sure.

Property is near by the airport, but road is rough.

Property is near by the airport, but road is rough. And never ever get into a taxi without agreement on the fare. Checked in at 0200am without any hassle. Owner was good. No selection on breakfast menu. Comfy bed, clean towels, room heater was there.

The hotel: the staff, you can feel that they care for your comfortable vacation. they are so welcoming, especially the lady with short haircut whose name I cant remember, let us know every detail about the hotel when we called for information, then when we arrived, she met us with a warm welcome and said they could upgrade us so we could stay on the upper floor, bigger hotel room, not a budget one that we have booked. Other members of the staff were also very helpful, with smile on their faces everywhere: in the gaming zone, in the reception, the building itself: facilities:indoor swimming pool with outdoor terrace with a beautiful garden and comfy outdoor furniture. Pool is crystal clean, water temperature is warm enough to enjoy swimming even from the first seconds. What is also very important: nobody interrupts you while enjoying your vacation: no loud sounds, you have all the privacy, so you can relax. You have so many things to do here! Even if the weather is bad, you can enjoy your stay: Gaming space: Billiards, bowling, air hockey, table tennis, virtual games, cinema, indoor swimming pool with window on a part of its ceiling, terrace with beautiful garden and nice, not very loud music. Beautiful nature near the hotel: central park is on walking distance (although not very comfortable walk as it is on the central road), but when you come to the park, you can enjoy the forrest-like quiet park with big trees🌲🌲, children can enjoy climbing and other facilities, football stadium. Thank you for everything. We will definitely come back when we want to relax near Tbilisi.

The city is amazing!

The city is amazing! Perfect combination of historic architecture and modern buildings. Food was okay. Found great places for local ones. And the streets are beautiful. The river was my fav!! Moving around the city on foot can get confusing sometimes! We couldn’t find crossings! And there were a lot to do! So next time maybe I plan a longer one.

It was a rather secluded location and other that sidewalk eateries (Shwarma etc.) that were a 5-10 minute walk away, there were no restaurants nearby for meals. We were told that the nearest restaurant was about 5 km.

I booked 3 days in April for hiking and it was great.

I booked 3 days in April for hiking and it was great. There are 5+ trails available: - Azeula fortress (8km round trip), - Ghoubani (11.2 km round trip), - Udzo - Turtle Lake - Tbilisi (12 km one way), - Azureti (~10 km one way), - Kiketi (11 km one way). Routes are very clearly indicated. During April there are no restaurants/cafes either in hotel or Kojori at al. But there are several supermarkets to buy food. Locals said there is a kebab place during high season.

On the first day in Tbilisi we went to Rike Park and then by...

On the first day in Tbilisi we went to Rike Park and then by the cable car up to see the views of Tbilisi at sunset. Then we walked on the Bridge of Peace and went to the east side of Mtvkari river. We had dinner at Shatre, Sabatono and some other restaurants. It was easy and inexpensive to get around the city with a Bolt. A visit to the Mtatsminda Park and Botanical garden is for young children.
