Absolutely stunning view and scenery from every corner of the hotel, and especially from the super nice infinity pool. We stayed in a beautiful two bedroom suite, all new, high quality and very comfortable and clean. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful, went beyond to help us solve issues including with our car.

Wow! This place is ridiculously good! The staff is extraordinary welcoming, nice and helpful, the view from the room is amazing and the breakfast, wow the breakfast is too good to be true! We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was totally fine dining and super delicious, and everything for quite affordable price.

    What can I say about Vitina house hotel? I traveled a lot and stayed in many hotels in my life. I never felt so welcome and such warmness and professional level as I experienced in Vitina house! They upgraded our superior room to villa with no additional cost as a gift. All our request were dealt immediately. I have read about some comments about bad internet. First of all the owner told us if internet is not for our liking he would provide the router (modem) directly to our room. Second of all I was fine with the internet which we have, truly. We liked a lot our breakfast, our room and view from our balcony on the mountain 🏔, forest 🌳 and the pool. We were enjoying our fire place which was prepared and ready to use with logs 🪵 and starters and branches inside of it. They would prepare it each day from the morning for you! Breakfast time 8-11 but the day when we left we needed to eat something at 6 am. The owner despite so early hour still prepare breakfast for us and gave us fruits and even raw eggs from her chickens! It is like home treatment! I cannot express my gratitude for all what have been done for us in our short stay!!! I highly reccomended to stay in this place because it has not only gorgeous views and marvelous place itself but also such splendid people who own this place!!!

    I spend a great deal of time travelling and staying at hotels worldwide. It's rare to find a hotel like Archontiko Chioti that not only meets all the expectations I would have of a 5 star hotel, but also exceeds these. From the impeccable garden and pool area, the exceptionally maintained facilities, friendly and attentive stafff, I could not ask for more. I am looking forward to transiting through this hotel and village during my next business trip. It's definitely worth the drive from Athens.

    This is an excellent family oriented property. It is not located on the beach but only a five minute drive and perhaps 20 minute walk away. The property consists of several individual houses and was very clean and fairly well equipped. The house had a loft with a double bed and a single bed. Two additional beds on the main floor. Lots of hot water for a nice warm shower. The owner was very nice and made arrangements for us to do our laundry.

    the church of saint basilica in the town Centre is absolutely amazing to see. The cafe and night life scene is fantastic. The people everywhere were friendly. The food options for 5 star and very cost effective. The centre gate way to base yourself for everything in the Peloponese, making wherever you want to go less than 1.5 hours. Tripolis the centre of Arcadian history. Sparta 35min drive, kalamata 40min, amazing archeological sites everywhere. In Tripolis everyone is treated as a local not a tourist. Best of all you MUST go to the ancient village of ALEA TEGEA one of greeces best kept secrets, authentic museums and temple of Athena. It's only a short drive there from Tripolis - 10mins and get in touch with real authentic Arcadian culture and history.

    A very pretty town, spectacularly located in the mountains. The main square has several opportunties for refreshments and food served under the shade of ancient trees. It's super quiet and the air is fresh and clean. A creat base for a hiking holiday. Getting here involves driving up smaller, but still excellent roads that hug the sides of mountains. The views as you ascend are often breathtaking. Stemnitsa is also a very refreshing change of pace from the coastal towns, which are also fantastic, but which have a very different character. Stemnitsa is a mountain town, surrounded by trees and other lush vegetation. The air is fresher and cooler (though it still gets warm in the summer).

    Good selection of tavernas and coffee shops. The castle and area around it is well worth visiting. Long beach with an option of sunbeds or space for your own beach chairs and umbrella. Wet lands a short drive from the town. Plenty of mountain villages to explore if you have a car. In addition, Nafplio is just 45 minutes away by car.

    Lagadia was the final destination of the Menalon Trail. It is a delightful stone village set into the cliff. Locals seem a bit gruff, which is sad because along the trail we received so much good will and hospitality. It seemed to be a popular place for Greeks eating out on Sunday

    Attractive hilltop village with plenty of restaurants and...

    Attractive hilltop village with plenty of restaurants and shops and excellent walking, not least along the Lousios Gorge. Lots of "real" locals as well as tourists! And some fantastic jewellery shops with people trained in the local silversmith school in a nearby village. Don't miss the Outdoor Water Power Museum - absolutely fascinating and really well presented!
