First of all the staff did it's best to accommodate our needs. There were 2 situation that reinforced this but I'll mention only one. During a chat with one of the receptionists we told her we have not managed to book a local attraction (that was rather important) and we'll not be able to experience it. Although we have not asked them to help us (we didn't even think it was possible), until the evening of the same day we were called that they were able to find a way to book it for us. The rooms are spacious, very nicely furnished, modern and tastefully. The location is very near to everything of interest: souvenier shops, restaurants and the biggest (as far as I can tell) parking lot in Preveza (like 100 meters away from the hotel) which is important because in the center of Preveza there are almost no hotels with parking lot (but it's better to arrive before 19:00 or you will have to wait to find a free spot). The included breakfast is served at a nearby location (10 meters) and it's fixed menu (there are 2 menus that are not great, nor bad except for the coffee which is...well...very diluted). The bathrooms are also very nice and modern and the water pressure and temperature were always very adequate.

    First of all we loved the very warm and friendly welcome we received upon arrival and our 2 1/2 year old daughter was also warmly embraced. The hotel is stunning with a fantastic location with amazing views all around. We loved the food and were impressed with the overall quality and service. The staff are so friendly, cheerful and helpful - they could not do enough for us. All the facilities were very well kept with the beautiful beach at easy walking distance for us as a family and the pool to enjoy for us all - with the addition of the paddling pool. It is the staff that help make a place work and the owners care and attention to detail is clearly reflected and embraced by all those there to make the holiday a wonderful experience.

    Parga completely stole my heart! It’s such a romantic and charming town, perfect for evening strolls through the colorful streets and watching the sunset from the castle. The crystal-clear beaches are amazing for a relaxing day together, and the tavernas offer delicious food with a cozy atmosphere.     Igoumenitsa is an ideal starting point to visit lots of lovely areas of mainland Greece. The beaches North of the town towards Albania are lovely and the water clean. Outside Igoumenitsa going south there are lots of bays and hotels to visit and some lovely unspoilt countryside and villages. A visit to the Acheron Gorge is really worthwhile.

    Great hotel clean and has an awesome view. The breakfast is great and healthy, the food also at the restaurant is great pricy though but worth it! The room is comfortable the heating is great and the wellness center is a must to visit and book a massage. A car is a must to be able to go around as most sightseeing destinations and activity are far away.

If one would like to stay longer as I did you should used as a basis to visit Metsobo Ioannina Konnitsa and Kalpaki. the nature is breathtaking truly amazing especially in the winter when it shows. The road is relatively OK but needs attention especially during foggy days. The two churces in mikro and megalo pappigo are unique historic and archritectural monuments but as unfortunately closed most of the year. It is definitely a unique location for winter holidays Something like the Greek Mount Rushmore but (without the sculpted heads)

    Monodendri is located at the upper end and above the Vicos Gorge and has a lot to offer in addition to a number of good restaurants and charming hotels. With beautiful hikes in and around the gorge, the Agios Paraskevi monastery and its own historical buildings, you can experience quiet and relaxing days away from the main tourist crowds.
