My sister and I had a great time in Marianna's place. The room was beautiful, the owners lovely and it is close to the center. We felt so much care and they helped us with directions and tips, even called us to tell us we forgot sth in the room. The breakfast was delicious.     Made a last minute reservation as we had to travel immediately in a short notice for personal reasons and I had to contact the owner in order to ask for a late check-in. The owner was extremely polite, helpful and accepted my request. In addition he provided me with information about the weather and the roads' condition. Arriving, our room was exactly what we booked and was already warmed as the outside temperature was really low. The morning after, we were made breakfast and offered coffee next to the fireplace located at the hotel' s restaurant/bar area. We were also given information about the best available routes since we had to further continue our trip and a warm goodbye. Very nice and quite place, with a panoramic view from the balcony. Would definitely visit again.

    The room was spacious and cozy, with cleanliness at a perfect 10/10. The fireplace in the room added to the atmosphere and was essential during the cold winter weather. The area is stunning, surrounded by beautiful nature. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—they even recommended an excellent Greek restaurant in the area that we thoroughly enjoyed.

    This is one of Europes most pristine Natural reserves i doubt that there is anything else in Europe like that the whole Evrytania Perfecture a combination of Nature , Mountains , with Luxurious hotels and Top Restarurants yet so few people , unlike the craziness of the swiss alps for instance , this is the real deal .

    Beautiful traditional tranquil village.

    Beautiful traditional tranquil village. You can relax at a local cafe, go on nature walks, or explore nearby villages. The historical old mikro chorio has a nice museum. You can hike the various trails. The food is delicious.

    Karpenisi is my father in laws hometown.

    Karpenisi is my father in laws hometown. We didn't know what to expect but we were amazed ar rhe Grand mountains that we hear are awesome for skiing. Our hotel was charming and unique. Would love to come here in the winter to enjoy the cool air. It was very hot in July. Great tavernas and restaurants there too!

    Α fantastic little village in one of the most stunning zones of continental Greece, right in the middle of lush forests and beautiful mountains. Excellent climate and food, great trail walking, awesome scenery. Great people too, super friendly and polite.

    i am travelling often in Karpenisi and everytime i enjoy it a lot. you must enjoy brunch, coffee and drinks at the main square. lunch and dinner in Mikro & Megalo Chorio (the local meet is the best!) spend your evening at Saloonpark and do not forget to visit the Monastery of Panagia Prouso as well as the gorge of Panta Vrechi. HIT: do not forget your jacket during summer also!!
