When I asked about the parking, we also did have a trailer, and to be honest I didn’t know if we could just leave the trailer, this nice man said that I don’t need too worry because he’ll be there all night and that he would keep an extra eye on the trailer. Even though breakfast was not included, they made breakfast for us. A very nice hotel for a great price and the staff was amazing. Especially that lady at the reception who looks like Olivia Coleman and speaks such beautiful English and was so helpful to us! Besides that the hotel is in a nice neighbourhood with good restaurants in a cute town of Kozani. The room was cosy and clean and the breakfast delicious. A very interesting place with a rich history.
A very interesting place with a rich history. Just walking around and taking in the view is already great (find streets or paths on the edge of town), but the museums are really worth seeing too, even for people who don't do museums. Great little small town in central Greece - my husband's village not far from there. Beautiful part of Greece - great starting point for day trips into the magnificient surrounding area (Edessa, Meteora etc.). Visiting the Saturday Bazaar (greek version of our farmer's market) is a must - it's just so neat and the prices of fresh veggies and fruit - unbelievable. A quiet town, far from the usual tourist crowd.
A quiet town, far from the usual tourist crowd. In the center, the plateau is very lively thanks to the street musicians. Their music is better than any of the surrounding restaurants. Thanks to that, we missed dinner, but we don't regret it. We enjoyed! We did not have time to visit the city and its surroundings in more detail, and we will do so next time.
