Amazing location with pool and breathtaking sea and Mountain View . Nice chillax music at the pool bar . The homemade breakfast and the people who were there were super friendly and able to support us whenever needed them. We felt like home there and we did not want to leave . It was an incredible vacation! Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the owner, who also kindly helped us find a last-minute car rental. She is an extremely kind and helpful person, always present at the property and available 24/7 via WhatsApp. YOU Kolona Concept is a place of complete privacy, where you immediately feel at home, and where the service is truly tailored to each guest’s needs. The staff is friendly and attentive to every request. Each morning, breakfast is served either on the private terrace in front of the pool or in the lobby at your preferred time. Great care and attention go into both the preparation and the service. The property also has sun umbrellas on the beach just across the street—undoubtedly the most beautiful beach on the island—where you can even enjoy the sunset. The accommodation was exactly as shown in the photos: spotlessly clean, with a breathtaking view and a private pool just for us. We leave our hearts in this place and hope to return soon.

Beautiful location! The rooms were very clean. The people working in the establishment were extremely friendly and helpful. It is very close to the port where you can have some dinner or take a walk. The apartments are also close to the island buses and boats that can take you everywhere to the island. It is very close to a beautiful beach where you can freely swim all day long. 10/10 experience!!! Recommend!!!

We enjoyed our top floor room with a view over the harbour. It was very clean and absolutely quiet and a very short walking distance to nice restaurants. Unfortunately our stay was only for two nights, but we will come back!

Me and my friend had an absolutely fantastic stay here at The Thermia Suites. The staff was so wonderful and helpful, they went above and beyond for us to have a good time, not only at the hotel but at the whole island of Kythnos. We also got upgraded to the suites, which was amazing. It was so clean and lovely to stay there, the pool was also amazing.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kythnos. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in Kythnos!

    Our suite was beautiful and extremely cleaned - equipped with all the amenities that you might need. The view from the balcony was stunning and every other location (port, xora etc) was in close proximity to get there. Highly recommend staying there and definitely will come back next year. Foteini and Christophoros are great hosts and always available for our questions!

    Very beautiful island, nearby to Piraeus and Lavrio ports (approx. 3hrs from Piraeus and 1 1/2 hours from Lavrio). Great food, friendly people, can satisfy almost everyone, either looking for peace, restaurants, bars and some nightlife.

    Was disappointed with Arapis restaurant.

    Was disappointed with Arapis restaurant. Trip advisor reviews were good but my dinner of chicken and rice seemed like uncle Ben’s rice and overcooked frozen chicken. Had fantastic ice cream tho at the Maistrali and lunch at the Veggaria. Such a lovely lady there.

    Episkopi is one very nice sandy beach, close to Merichas (Kythnos' main port), with a very nice beach bar (Puntaki) with great music and polite service and sunbeds with ombrellas. You can also do water sports (kayak available to rent on site).

    We had a wonderful time at this property. The location of the house is just perfect — peaceful, calm, and with absolutely stunning views. The house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Christos was incredibly kind and welcoming; he really stood out as a host. The highlights of our stay were definitely the location, the comfort of the house, and the overall tranquility. Highly recommended! I didn't like that Booking didn't warn that there was a state tourist tax supplement, that it had to be paid on the spot, and that there was no prior notice.

    Kithnos is relatively underdeveloped for tourism.

    Kithnos is relatively underdeveloped for tourism. Sure, there's all the usual tourist traps and gift shops ... but around that is a lot of geniune Greek island culture you can get into easily. Some lovely beaches! Be aware that attractions aren't well signposted and google maps aren't THAT accurate! We will return!
