Nice, calm and relaxing space. Wonderful views from the Balcony and Pool. The breakfast served at your Balcony was really nice. They had a very good spread and especially the orange juice 😋 we loved it. Super friendly personal - a big thanx to Nicole and Hirsche ( I hope it’s correct ) for making our stay so memorable. We recently spent seven nights at this beautiful new hotel on the island of Kythnos and I can honestly say it exceeded all expectations. At first, we were a bit hesitant as it’s a brand-new property with no reviews at the time of booking — but the moment we arrived, any doubts disappeared. From the moment we were welcomed by Mrs Maria, her husband, and the lovely team, we felt genuinely cared for. Their warmth and hospitality were above and beyond anything we could have imagined. Every detail had been thought through — from the welcome treats in the room to the personalised care throughout our stay. Communication with the hotel was also incredibly smooth. They have a dedicated WhatsApp number, which made everything effortless — from food and beach service to general requests at any time of day. It made the whole experience feel seamless and thoughtful. The rooms were immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and offered complete privacy — with stunning views, a private pool, and interiors that reflect thoughtful design (something I really appreciate as an interior designer). The entire space felt like a peaceful haven. Breakfast was a daily highlight. Rather than a typical buffet, we were treated to a curated menu that changed daily — always fresh, always delicious, and more than generous. You’ll never get bored of the food here. The hotel also offers access to a beautiful, quiet beach just before the more well-known Kolona Beach. They provide sunbeds and umbrellas, and even offer buggy transport down with beachside food and drink service — a truly luxurious touch. This has been one of the most relaxing and enjoyable holidays we’ve ever had. I’m so grateful we found this gem and will absolutely be returning. I’ve already started recommending it to friends — it’s that good.

We enjoyed our top floor room with a view over the harbour. It was very clean and absolutely quiet and a very short walking distance to nice restaurants. Unfortunately our stay was only for two nights, but we will come back!

Wonderful place, just like Mrs. Margarita, a person of rare kindness and charm. She went out of her way to help us and made sure we had everything we might need in the apartment. Attentive yet discreet, she strives to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The apartment is beautiful: new, well-maintained and with a fantastic sea view from the equally lovely terrace. It's located on a quiet beach with just one restaurant/bar. Easily accessible, it offers peace and proximity to the sea for those who don't want to search for beaches. I highly recommend it

    Lovely little property literally a 2 minute walk from the port and right in the centre of the small town centre with shops, bars and restaurants all around. lovely room with a separate kitchenette/diner plus a lovely sunny balcony overlooking the square. Next door to a bakery that sold gorgeous pastries for our breakfast sat on our balcony with coffee. Property is clean and well maintained and very traditionally Greek.The restaurants are on the shore and you can literally dangle your legs in the ocean as you eat they are so close on the edge of the sand. The island of Kythnos is beautiful. We have cruised the Caribbean islands several times but Kolonos Beach equals, if not beats a Caribbean beach any day! On the quay, opposite the property, there is a water taxi that will take you over to Kolonos beach for €10 return, you seriously cannot miss a visit to this beach! it is a strip of sand with shallow ocean both sides, it is idyllic but probably gets busy in the height of the season. You must love cats as there are lots that keep you company while you sit on beach front bars and restaurants, they are adorable as are the ducks that wander around the tables. One of my favourite Greek islands but Sssshhh! don’t tell anyone about it!

    Exceptionally clean and well kept. Very friendly team. We loved the style, minimalist with lots of texture and use of organic materials. It was a perfect place for a couple with a charming room and small private patio where you could have breakfast. The breakfast was lovely, a great choice and catered for a gluten allergy. The tranquil pool and bar area was a delightful space to relax. A special thanks to Mr Andreas the owner who was on hand for advice and tips throughout.

    Our suite was beautiful and extremely cleaned - equipped with all the amenities that you might need. The view from the balcony was stunning and every other location (port, xora etc) was in close proximity to get there. Highly recommend staying there and definitely will come back next year. Foteini and Christophoros are great hosts and always available for our questions!

    Was disappointed with Arapis restaurant. Trip advisor reviews were good but my dinner of chicken and rice seemed like uncle Ben’s rice and overcooked frozen chicken. Had fantastic ice cream tho at the Maistrali and lunch at the Veggaria. Such a lovely lady there.

    Episkopi is one very nice sandy beach, close to Merichas (Kythnos' main port), with a very nice beach bar (Puntaki) with great music and polite service and sunbeds with ombrellas. You can also do water sports (kayak available to rent on site).

    We had a wonderful time at this property.

    We had a wonderful time at this property. The location of the house is just perfect — peaceful, calm, and with absolutely stunning views. The house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Christos was incredibly kind and welcoming; he really stood out as a host. The highlights of our stay were definitely the location, the comfort of the house, and the overall tranquility. Highly recommended! I didn't like that Booking didn't warn that there was a state tourist tax supplement, that it had to be paid on the spot, and that there was no prior notice.

    Kithnos is relatively underdeveloped for tourism.

    Kithnos is relatively underdeveloped for tourism. Sure, there's all the usual tourist traps and gift shops ... but around that is a lot of geniune Greek island culture you can get into easily. Some lovely beaches! Be aware that attractions aren't well signposted and google maps aren't THAT accurate! We will return!
