The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and quiet, with a stunning sea view. The hotel is perched at the top of a mountain, yet easily accessible, and perfectly located for exploring the island’s most beautiful beaches. It took just 40 minutes by car to reach Lindos. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The swimming pool and all other hotel facilities were outstanding—comfortable, well-maintained, and inviting. The hotel restaurant served some of the best food we’ve ever had. We ended up dining there every evening because the meals were consistently exceptional.

The hotel staff and the owners went above and beyond to help me plan the perfect proposal and created a truly magical experience for us. Everyone was incredibly kind, warm, and helpful throughout our stay. The design of the hotel is beautiful in every detail, and the view of the pool on the balcony is simply breathtaking. We had an amazing stay at the palms. The staff were so sweet and accommodating, the view from the pool and the pool itself couldn’t be any better. Same with the room and the view from the balcony. The location was great very peaceful and close to both Anthony Quinn and Traganou beach. The restaurant close by was great as well. We will definitely come back in the future, we loved every second of our stay.

Rooms are clean, Wifi is fast and reliable. The beach (with kitesurf school) is a short 5 min walk as seen on the map, and you can also rent a bike or scooter to explore other beaches. Still a Wonder

Wonderful Rhodes has amazing beaches, nightlife and history. Its capital – Rhodes Town – once boasted the Colossus of Rhodes, one of the 7 Wonders of the Ancient World.

Although sadly no trace of it exists in the harbour, its Old Town is still UNESCO World Heritage listed. This is because of the magnificent Palace of the Grand Master, a 14th-century castle once home to the Knights Hospitaller.

Just around the coast is Faliraki, the nightlife hotspot with clubs, bars and restaurants galore. Afantou and Kolymbia to the south have long, golden beaches, but the island’s crowning glory has to be Lindos. If you arrive by sea, you could be forgiven for thinking that you’ve reached paradise.

Home to some of the best Rhodes hotels, Lindos is a picture-perfect town with whitewashed houses hugging the sides of a hill that is topped with remains of an acropolis. On the other side of the hill is St Paul’s Bay where the apostle’s boat reportedly ran aground.

Lardos and Kiotari further south have a good range of Rhodes hotels by the beach available on Booking.com, while on the other side of the island Kremasti and neighbouring Trianda (also known as Ialysos) have a good range of watersports and quick transfers from Rhodes Airport.

    We had a small hiccup at the start due to overbooking and had to spend our first night in the neighboring hotel (Olive Garden****) However, as compensation we were upgraded to Full Board Plus with drinks, which was fantastic! Even though the other hotel was 4 stars and this one is 3, we honestly preferred this one by far! The hotel and room were beautiful, well-maintained, and had a high-quality feel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. After losing our door card to the wind, we casually asked once for cleaning, and from then on we received fresh towels and cleaning every day — such a nice surprise! The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, and even when some meals weren’t to our taste (understandable with so many nationalities), we always found plenty of delicious options to fill our plates multiple times. Special thanks to Dimitrij and the restaurant staff — they were fantastic and very helpful. The only downsides were the desserts (not really our taste, same as in the first hotel) and the morning coffee. But everything else made up for it. Our room had a view over the pool and the evening animator programs — they looked like a lot of fun! Big thanks to the super cool and easygoing girl at reception who checked us in. Overall: highly recommended — warm atmosphere, great food, lovely people!

    The location was excellent - there was a bus stop and also a boat stop just next to the hotel. Also, the centre of Faliraki with lots of restaurants was very close by. Breakfast had a lot of variety, our room was spacious and everything was very clean. Beach towels were provided daily free of charge, there were always plenty of sunbeds available (also free of charge on the lawn). We were nicely surprised to find a fruit basket (and a bottle of water) waiting for us in our room on our first day. There’s a small shop in the lobby of the hotel, it had a bit of everything. During the daytime there was drinking water available in the lobby and in the bar outside. When you buy a drink at the bar, you’ll also get a pack of nuts.

    We stayed at this hotel with our family and from the first day to the last, we cannot praise our stay enough. It was our best vacation. everything was amazing from the staff at the reception to the service of the cleaners and bartenders, just amazing, kind, friendly, hospitable people.All of the receptionist were realy helpful and friendly We had the Family De Luxe room and it was also great, with a magnificent view of the sea from all three balconies. Probably the only issue was that there was only one bathroom with toilet for 4 people. otherwise, everything is super beautiful, modern and clean. I recommend this hotel.

    We were in Rhodes for two weeks, we were a group of 9 and everyone loved staying there. We toured the island, spent time in Old Town, which was amazing and in Lindos…and the Acropolis was amazing…so beautiful. As well we toured through small towns, and did a day trip to Symi and a day trip to Marmarais, loved them both but Symi was outstanding. We shopped til we dropped, dined out all around Old Town and Rhodes, enjoyed the beaches, had a fabulous night at Rhonda…with Abba music and more. We enjoyed dinners at many restaurants. Rhodes was an excellent choice for our trip!

    Very cozy, hospitable and comfortable city. I felt like home. Delicious food in all restaurants and affordable prices. Lots of shops and grocery stores and souvenir shops. Everything is within walking distance. And if you need to go somewhere further - excellent and inexpensive public transport.

    The family loved the market atmosphere of the town during the day and the rooftop restaurants and cocktail bars in the evening. With the multiple layers of history of the acropolis. I enjoyed the food and sitting with a beer watching the harbour.

    Close enough to Rhodes Old Town to visit regularly if you want. Plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. Lively, but not rowdy. As a kitesurfer, it offered me a choice of beaches and kite stations within 25 mins. Also, the sea breeze was pretty reliable most afternoons. My family thoroughly enjoyed the picturesque sunset horse riding that took place just in front of Rainbow Bar. We all enjoyed this special little bar, its food, cocktails, beer and view of the sunset.

    Lovely friendly place!

    Lovely friendly place! Loads of shops for tourist tat, places to eat (the Rock Island bar has a singer or band most nights) - Michael is the door host - the staff are pleasant and friendly. FBI for food - really, surprisingly lovely! Peris for food - service can be a little slow - but food nice. Spar - quite expensive for certain things, we used A&B supermarket as well. Pebbly beach - we only went to look and take sunset photos. A slow walk into Ialysos takes about an hour, go for food there and wander the shops, it's very quirky in places! Pavements can be a little "up & down" and rough in places. You can buy cat food for the cats, they're appreciative-don't touch them though! Municipal bins for rubbish - emptied daily. Bus to Rhodes is cheap and they run well - even on Sundays! Most shops close Sundays. People are very friendly and there isn't the expectation that you'll come in to their restaurant or bar (not like in Rhodes where we felt quite hassled at times) just by checking their menu outside. There is crazy golf about 40 minutes walk away - get the bus though as it means you won't have melted by the time you get there! There is a small bar there too which is very nice to sit in and have a small refreshment. There ARE crossings on the main road (no traffic lights or pelican crossings) but just step out slowly and most drivers will stop/slow to let you cross...it can be a bit like the old arcade game "Frogger" at busy times though!

    All staff amazing except the pool service bar.

    All staff amazing except the pool service bar. Not attentive enough, had to go for drinks myself to be told we will come to you then it took at least half an hour! One of the lunches that I ordered eventually turned up and was completely cold, the guy shrugged his shoulders and said it was the kitchens fault! Shame really, the rest of the place and the staff were really good. The on-site restaurants are amazing.

    We had a great family stay and especially enjoyed the friendly staff, fun pool activities, and the convenient location near the beach. The animation team and pool bar service were highlights of our stay. What we didn’t like was the limited selection of nonalcoholic drinks, the extra cost for water despite having all-inclusive, and the outdated room standard. The beach also had a rocky seabed and unclear water, which made swimming less enjoyable. Overall, a good experience with a few areas that could be improved.

    Note this review is for Stegna, not the main village on the hill. Its really a lovely spot for a beach style holiday. Places for fishing, chilling, enjoying eating, a lovely walk. Perfect chill spot with a family feel. If you are looking for night life and big hotels, this is not the spot for you. We did not know there was a kayak company on site so we had pre-booked with Trekking Hellas so had to drive North to the start but it was a lovely trip with double kayaks.

    Great beach. Lots of family friendly restaurants. Several small supermarkets stocking basic items for a family break. It is a resort so not the place to go if you're looking for an historical old town. Tourists seemed to be a mix of British and other mainly European holiday makers from lots of different countries.

    Kiotari has the best beaches in Rhodes.

    Kiotari has the best beaches in Rhodes. The location of Mitsis Hotel is perfect. The food is excellent and rich. Getting to Kiotari is about one hour from the airport if by taxi or renting a car. You should take a car for one day to visit the old city of Rhodes.
