- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.4Wonderful - What previous guests thought, 68 reviewsEveryone was extremely genuinely friendly, which seems to be the way in the Cyclades. Of course, the breakfast was amazing, and it was in an open-air space protected from the sun. Actually, much of the hotel was open-air, including the reception desk. It was also just across the small road from the beach, and the hotel owns a stretch of beach just for the guests. It is well located to catch the sunrise, which can be spectacular, and even just walking around the neighborhood is interesting as there are a number of small farms and the like. Some ways down the beach are some excellent restaurants. You don't need a car at all if you are just coming to relax. The masseuse at the hotel did an excellent job on me. She could really dig in and get the knots out of my muscles. After my session, I didn't have any aches or pains at night as I otherwise so often do.Guest review byOliverPoland
- From $313.59 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.2Wonderful - What previous guests thought, 235 reviewsFrom the moment we checked in and met Harris on reception the whole visit was like a dream. Not only is she super friendly and helpful and knowledgeable she really goes out of her way to make your trip the most it can be. All the staff were lovely and polite and housekeeping went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The room was spacious and clean and the plunge pool was the perfect remedy for the heat. We will definitely be returning to this property as it is in a perfect location. Yes you don’t get the sunset view but to be honest that was a blessing. Cross the road and take a maximum of 20 steps and you are on the Caldera side to appreciate the sunset without a hoard of tourists walking past your room.Guest review byAvanUnited Arab Emirates
- From $113.93 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.6Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 245 reviewsWe fell in love with Louis Studios, the staff was super friendly. The place was very clean and the pool was the best part. They had these wonderful bed by the pool and a great little food kitchen by the pool for room service too. Marie and her mother were the best cooks, the food was absolutely delicious. This hotel is located away from all the hustle and busy areas, but if you rent a car you can be anywhere in less the 15 to 25 min. We ate at Mario Restaurant which came highly recommended and did not disappoint. There is a black sand beach is just steps away, where you can watch the sunrise. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Santorini.Guest review byKELLYUnited States
- From $618.96 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.7Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 241 reviewsThe entire stay was exceptional! The GM Manos was unlike any other hotel manager we have met. Attentive to detail, genuine, and thoughtful…he made our stay super memorable. His team has also been trained well and they were friendly and very attentive. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. The sunset from Vezene (the restaurant in the hotel) is the best on the entire island and the food there is also exceptional! I would highly recommend this hotel (and even the view from the room was amazing!!!)…will definitely be coming back ❤️Guest review byRoubaUnited Arab Emirates
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.2Wonderful - What previous guests thought, 204 reviewsWe loved staying in the cream suite with our very own pool, private entrance and balcony. The room was super spacious and facilities were great. The staff were all very kind and very professional. The reception staff were always available and ready to help. The views from the hotel is amazing and breakfast in the balcony was incredible. I also thoroughly enjoyed the massage I got from Eri, the on site physical therapist. She is a trained professional and masseuse - best and most relaxing massage I’ve gotten so far.Guest review byRakshitaIreland
- From $514.43 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.7Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 223 reviewsThe hotel is the best that you can ever have, literally in everything. I can’t say what is the best, but if I have to choose, it would be the 2 girls and 1 guy in the reception and how friendly and nice and supportive they are. Also the cleaning lady, the chiefs that bring us the breakfast. Unbelievable good. The suite was just perfect, the view is perfect, the bed is perfect, the private pool is perfect, this only deserves 10 stars. Will only come here in SantoriniGuest review byAmrEgypt

It is very expensive to eat out, so you will need to shop around. If you stay away from the restaurants with a view, you can see a big difference in the prices if you go a street or two below for the same food. Bring runners with you as you will do alot of walking and the paths are not great so no heels. Beware of roads as they do not have the same rules (no rules) as your own country.Guest review byJanIreland - 10.0

Crowded with cruise ship visitors but only during mid-point of day. Once we figured out layout, easy to get around. Lots of stairs, so be prepared. All was welcoming. Especially all the tours and guides. Wine-tasting and catamaran tours great. E-bike was a bit more difficult than I anticipated - but probably more about my fitness level - not the tour. Tour guide really looked out for me. Santorini exceeded our expectations.Guest review byKatherineUnited States - 10.0
Kamari is great to visit.
Kamari is great to visit. Nothing is too far, you can get the local buses to Fira, or the airport. I went on a full day tour and visited most places such as pyrgos, tharisia island, hot springs, volcano, Oia for sunset. All very beautiful. You have to trek the scenic view from Oia to Fira- one of the best walks in the world! Every place I ate was delicious. Never had a disappointing meal.Guest review byHelenUnited Kingdom - 10.0

On arrival it is confusing - hotel is built on upper slopes of caldera, so it has different levels. On the plus side as soon as you leave the hotel you are on the famous Fira/Oia walk - turn right for Fira. You are on the highest part of the caldera so initially it is downhill, also you are close to Skaros rock which is worth visiting for the views and has a church partially hidden on the seaward side at a slightly lower elevation. As long as you can look to the sea you will have great sunset views wherever you are,my hotel patio was great for this.Guest review byAlanUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Having stayed two weeks in Perissa, I dare say I know it a bit. It's a great mix of not too big of a town, plenty of groceries shopping spots, Restaurants with some great offers, nice beaches (even though one has to get used to black sand) and cultural spots like a very nice Orthodox Church and some historic ruins if you dare to hike a bit. It's wasn't too crowded either, so if you consider going, do so Early - Mid September.Guest review bySherman SiegeLuxembourg - 8.0

A village with bakery, gyros place, souvenir shop & good sized mini market. Walkable to Fura though a noisy main road. Buses good too but more value for money the further you are going. Taxis quite expensive so we walked a lot.Guest review byJulieUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Lovely village but getting very busy. Restaurants were excellent and staff in them very polite and attentive. Greece is not cheap these days so you have to pay the same as in UK for meals etc. Wine is very expensive but nice to see that they only sell Greek wine in supermarkets and restaurants.Guest review byElaineUnited Kingdom - 10.0

The small village streets were rustic and lined with friendly shop keepers. A relaxed and friendly inviting people. Hill top views are simply amazing and make fantastic photos. The only issue is when the cruise ships arrive. Streets become over run by time poor travellers, checking their watches and posing for pictures along the narrow pathways leading from the town back to our appartments. Once they have gone, the night becomes peaceful and relaxed again.Guest review byRoberto - 2.0

the location is not what it seams, it is just between the main road and other construction sites or empty fields, with no nice view. Overrated prices on booking.com compared with the reception prices or any other nice hotels even in Oia.Guest review byralucaRomania
