The hospitality of the host was extraordinary. We were welcomed with some homemade buscuits. And gave us some recommondations for the town as well as the island. Always happy to help us if we needed anything. The room was perfect for us. Not directly at the main street so a good sleep was guaranteed but close to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. The view was also amazing. The kitchen in the apartment had everything we needed, even olive oil, salt, pepper and coffee as well as honey, and homemade jam was provided. There was also a possibility to wash clothes and iron them provided by the host. We loved our stay here!

Sigma far surpassed our expectations. The service was outstanding and highly personal—special thanks to Eleni, Theodora, Elli, and the rest of the team! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive to all our needs. Our room was cleaned daily, and breakfast was delivered to our villa with a delightful variety each morning. The property itself was stunning, from the amazing views to the well-equipped outdoor gym. To make our stay even more special, Sigma upgraded us for our wedding anniversary. It was an exceptional experience.

George was a great host, very hospitable and kind. Every restaurant he recommended was delicious, we also enjoyed travelling around the island to the places he highlighted for us. Breakfast at the hotel is great, the bed was comfy. Our room had an outdoor sofa, so we enjoyed drinking wine over there in evenings while partially seeing the sea. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely come back.

    Dimitris and his staff are the best and welcoming hosts you can wish for. This lovely family run hotel is situated on the end of the bay and overlooks the turquoise blue ocean. It has a tranquil and relaxing feel. Breakfast is great as well as there is a nice clear pool, an gym and enough sunbeds for all the guests in the pool area as well as on the beach. The location is perfect and within walking distance to shops and restaurant and busstop nearby. Dimitris spoiled us with a glorious bottle of wine and mezze; he also gave us a late check out and let us use his sunbeds after check out - he a very generous man!

    Nathos’ hotel in Platis Gialos is perfectly located. A little above the bay, so the view is really magnificent :-). The room we were in was super nicely built, in the way were we didn’t have neighbors on the sides nor on top. As a result, it was super quiet, which is excellent because I am a light sleeper. The room was large and had beautiful balconies on every sides :). It really is a family run business with professional standards. Nathos was extremely kind and service oriented. We were very happy to stay there. Breakfast is also very nice.

    This place was wonderful and perfect for our stay in Sifnos! The staff was lovely and so helpful with recommendations and helping us with bookings. The rooms were very spacious and felt luxurious. The pool overlooking the water and church was a great spot to relax after a few crazy days of travel. We also really enjoyed the breakfast. Overall this place was amazing and I would highly recommend. We will be back!

    The apartments were quaint and cute. The location was fab, 30 seconds from the beach, but we had much more privacy than those apartments on the beach. The cleaner came in every day and the sheets and towels were changed during the week.

    On this island I could have done a couple of extra nights as it took a while to settle in - possibly because it's a smaller place. Wouldn't have needed to extend by much but on the whole 3 nights was good.

    Everything the beaches, restaurants, staff. Our accommodation at lodge narlis was awesome as were staff. No breakfast provided but that didn’t matter lots of restaurants near by for breakfast. Bus service fantastic for Apollonia, Kastro etc lots of day trips and sights to see.

    Appolonia is a good base to explore the island.

    Appolonia is a good base to explore the island. You can take a bus to all the major beaches/towns from here. Appolonia itself is a sweet town with lovely, welcoming people. There are also a number of really nice shops along the main walking street and restaurants. Finally, if you plan to hike around the trails of Sifnos Appolonia is the perfect place to start from.

    Faros is a lovely small village with no through road.

    Faros is a lovely small village with no through road. It has three beaches within a few monists walk and if you sent off and walk around the big headland, you get another within say half an hour. There is a bar, mini market, a couple fo tavernas ( one better than the other by far) and a posh-isn fish restaurant. There is a bus service but we had a car which was a boon. The island is small so you can get to see other places in very easy timescales. There is huge influx of both Greek and (largely) French tourists in July and August which the locals were both dreading and of course, needing. Best avoid those months if you can.

    Artemon is just one small village on the island of Sifnos. It's very charming and has a local feel to it with some great restaurants but it's very small so you would ideally explore the rest of the island too - particularly if you have a car!

    Sifnos is a beautiful island which is very unspoilt and yet also has an air of sophistication. It has many different spots to visit and the food is absolutely delicious. There are some gorgeous beaches on the island. We would highly recommend visiting!

    Perfect and scenic location to explore Sifnos from. Kastro is a beautiful village and you can walk around it enjoying the breathtaking sea view. It also offers excellent restaurant and bar options for every taste!

    Excellent venue!

    Excellent venue! Did not plan to cook, but with fresh fruit and vegetables available on the property, could not resist! The refurbished windmill and farmhouse were stunning and the little pool just right. Special mention to George (the host), absolutely charming host: friendly, welcoming and always available. We chanced on him at his bar "The Lost Bay" in Platis Yialos (excellent little venue) and his generosity was boundless. A top experience... highly recommended! Best way to get a real feeling of Siphnos!

    Lovely hotel on the hillside above the bay, with beautiful views of the water A short 10 minute walk into town. The town offered plenty of shops and quaint scenes - so picturesque! Easy enough to pick up the local bus to Apollonia. Highly recommend this island.
