Perfectly located to walk into Skiathos town and its amenities. Room including balcony is modern, spacious, well appointed and serviced daily. Gowns and slippers provided. Managers were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the accommodation.

The communication with the property was very efficient and friendly right before we arrived. The location is great and accesibile, 10min away from the port and the town center, surrended by silence day and night. The view is breathtaking. The room was beautiful and big, with a nice balcony and it was cleaned every day. The bed is huge and extremely comfortable. They have pool and sunbeds where you can relax during the day. The host and all people working in the hotel were nice, friendly and welcoming. Thanks for having us!

Fantastic hotel - great place to rest and to explore Skiathos! Comfortable rooms, all necessary services and excellent staff! In addition - great breakfast (can be eaten in the garden by the pool), excellent drinks at the hotel bar! Life in the hotel is around the central place - big swimming pool - so appreciated! Skiathos is awesome, small, very lush, with plenty of excellent beaches, very friendly locals and impressive cuisine (sometimes unfortunately toned down a bit to meet the taste of the tourists; look for places a bit off the main throughfares). The only issue is that it gets very crowded and there are a lot of obnoxious and loud British, who seem to think that they own the place. Visiting the Monastery of Evangelistria is a must (the aforementioned British are excused from this). Local honey and wine are exquisite (for the latter, refer to the wine list in the restaurant). The hotel is very close to Koukounaries Beach (5 mins walk, downhill - uphill on the way back...), which is beautiful, but quite noisy and crowded, especially in the early afternoon, when the water taxis bring in hordes of tourists from the city. Banana Beach is supposed to be very nice, but has all but been taken over by the nearby luxury hotel, could not find a way there. Best bet is to rent a car and visit the genuinely awesome secluded beaches on the western/northern shore, accessible via a dirt road (watch out for people, who do have a quad, but not common sense). Note that there are only a few understocked and overpriced shops and small choice of restaurants in the area. For shopping groceries, rent a car and head to one of the Sklavenitis shops (biggest one is next to the airport). The hotel itself comprises of several small buildings scattered around in a beautifully kept garden, rooms are nice and spacious. The swimming pool is quite small, but there is no reason why anyone would spend any time there with all the awesome beaches around. The staff are very professional, helpful and kind. As regards breakfast: this is one of the rare cases when "excellent" is right on point.

Our room was in a perfect position right by the pool, very peaceful. Maybe not for everyone but we never felt overlooked or lacking privacy. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was fantastic, the two big asks for any hotel stay. The room was spacious and well equipped, perfect min every way. All of the staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you, so friendly every single day, from George on reception, Nikos and Nik on the bar and the lovely waitresses in the restaurant, cannot fault them. They were all amazing and a credit to the place. Location was perfect, a minute to the beach with lovely tavernas to choose from and a short stroll into town. A perfect week, and would 100% recommend.

I have Visited/Stayed Three Times at The Atrium (pre Covid Restrictions) Have loved it ever since my first visit ... Big Shout Out to The Staff at The Atrium....Dionysus and The Team Obviously since my last visit there are lots of new faces "to me". The Office Staff/Restaurant/Taverna/Catering/ Bar/Porter and Ground Staff all. They are very all welcoming, obliging, helpful. (trained and well chosen staff) .............................. Selection of Room Choices: Our Superior Twin Stunning Sea View Room The beds were super comfortable meaning we slept well indeed. Furnishing, fitments were all very "on trend" minimalistic but accommodating every need. The en-suite was "very slick"...once again "on trend" allowing you to freshen up/shower/great mirrors for shaving/applying make-up. Our rooms were cleaned daily.....fresh towels and linen where needed and when asked for. Great service given by the cleaning lady...Thanks ................. Breakfast was available over a long period for those who are not early "eaters"/"risers". Breakfast Buffet included a large, good quality selection of choice food/breakfast items. From breakfast cereals.... croissants and a range of bakery bread rolls/sliced etc... Toasting machine Salad items with hams and chesses. Cooked Breakfast items : A selection of hot traditional Greek pies which l can personally say were delicious. Yogurt that you could add your own "fresh fruits"/nuts/dried fruits...too. The "usual choice of breakfast drinks" were available...with different variations available. A Range of Teas/Coffee's....

    The host was very nice and immediately upgraded us to a room with more beds even though we arrived early and our room wasn't ready yet. Apartment was very spacious with a water boiler and a nice balcony. We even witnessed a little private concert in the evening as there was a group of friends playing bouzouki from the adjacent Skiathos Garden theatre. The receptionist was very smiling and gave us advice on the nearest bus stop and the beaches we should visit. We felt very welcome even though we only stayed for one night and were honest about us wanting to visit the other islands in the Sporades rather than Skiathos. Don't miss the Koutsavaki tavern which is 10 mins away from the hotel for an authentic and non-touristic experience.

    We loved absolutely everything! The hotel is 1min walk away from the beach, has a sea view, serene ambiance, parking, it’s super clean, and above everything else it has a wonderful team of young, polite, and professional personnel. Only superlatives for the staff, they were great! ❤️ On the last day, after the check-out, you have the option to leave your luggage in a dedicated storage for it, use the pool, and have a shower in a private bathroom before you head for the airport. This was greatly appreciated as our flight was after 8pm and we spent the entire day out swimming and sunbathing.

    I cannot stress enough how welcomed we felt there. Our hosts were terrific, and a warm hello to Giannis here. Apartments are being cleaned daily, we got parking on premises which could have been a problem otherwise. Walking distance to 4 excellent beaches (there are no vacations that are closer) and right next to the best restaurants in Koukunaries. Extremely quiet when needs to be, we managed to get some much-needed rest.

    We felt great at the Magical Hotel! We had a family room with an amazing sea view. The breakfast was very varied and the staff very kind and friendly, also the reception staff. Although we arrived earlier, they did our check-in in the morning and they helped us with all the requests we had, including the reservation for a Greek night. When we left, they offered us a very nice gift. I warmly recommend this hotel.

    The hotel is incredibly nice, great service, everyone were extremely friendly. Good roof top restaurant with astonishing view. We've booked a room with the see view and it was breathtaking, from our room's balcony we were able to see the sunset. The room also was very clean. Air conditioning worked well.     Fabulous location (short walk to town) and facilities. We were a group of 6 from Australia and often had afternoon drinks (great prices) by the Pool, with nothing being a trouble for any of the staff. Breakfast and other meals were very good prices too.

    Delicious Greek breakfast (including Feta cheese and olives) served outdoor near the pool and lots of greenery, which made a good start of the day. Friendly staff is always there to help. The internet works well. I would come again anytime.

    Authentic place, modern and comfortable rooms. The best location, only 10 min to the old town by feet and right on a nice beach. The staff is amazing. Their restaurant is a must, creative cuisine, the place we have eaten the island.

    Skiathos town has something for everyone who like the Greek way of life,it has plenty of lively bars and lots of restaurants with food tastes to satisfy anybody, only downside is Mama Mia has catapulted the island in to the stratosphere on tourist numbers and with that the prices have gone through the roof so prepare to pay for it

    This is a spacious and well thought out property . Gorgeous interior and everything thought about from the use of space , seating area/breakfast bar and kitchen with a really large balcony. The bed is very big and extremely comfortable, if I had one criticism it would be that I could hear our neighbours shower or use of their hairdryer but this was only something minor. Excellent property and value for money in a beautiful location , 10 min walk into Skiathos town but if you don’t fancy the walk some beautiful tavernas on your doorstop , would 100% stay again and recommend.

    This is a lovely, fairly quiet area which is exactly what we wanted. There are plenty of bars if you need them and very good bus services if you want to go further afield. The beaches are wonderful and everyone was super helpful and friendly.

    Very relaxed.

    Very relaxed. Good selection of restaurants and pool bars for such a small place (largely one road with a mini market, restaurants and accommodation along it). 2 well known restaurants; Infinity Blue and Crazy Rooster. Lesser known is Argento which is a fantastic pool bar and restaurant. Xanthi pool bar is also great, with super friendly owners. Lovely beach with warm, shallow and clear waters (visited in August). Boat hire, pedalo, SUP and kayak hire available from the beach. A very popular beach bar called 'The Beach House' and Handy bus stop nearby for easy access to other beaches e.g. Aghia Paraskevi and Troulos, restaurants and Skiathos Town.

    Loved Troulos, quiet but plenty of taverns within walking distance, nearby supermarkets, lovely beach within walking distance. Close to bus- stops at all the beaches along coast, nothing not to love!! Can’t wait to return!!

    Koukounaries is really just a single (quite busy) road that runs behind a lake from one end of the Koukounaries beach to the other. The beach itself is fine golden sand with lots of facilities (loungers, boat and pedallo hire, bars and cafes), there is also public toilets in the centre of the beach ( a rarity in Greece) and is about 1km long. It gets very busy during the day. Access is easy as there is a regular bus from Skiathos town that stops along the road. There is also a Water Bus boat service from Skiathos town harbour ( cost E7 each way PO). There is also a car park at the Western end of the road but it does get filled up early. The main road is home to numerous bars, restaurants, hotels and apartment blocks and two small supermarkets. There is a small scruffy section in the centre of the road where there is a derelict hotel and apartment block that needs tidying up. For those who like there beaches more stripped back there is also 4 or 5 beaches on the northern section of the peninsula within a 20 or 30 minute walk from the road. You can walk along the shore of the lake but you cannot easily walk all around because of thick vegetation at the eastern end.

    Achladies beach is lovely sandy beach with a couple of bars and eateries, the octopus which has fav food and Mojo which is a local bar with food. There are sunbeds and you can get a water taxi to skiathos town and back every half hour. There is also a supermarket nearby and a bakery. The supermarket will deliver your goods of over 25 euros which is a great service. It also has water sports and is lovely for a swim

    First of all this accommodation is far from being 5 stars. Rooms have not been renovated for years, the bathroom is so old and full of mold, needs an urgent upgrade. The hotel does not have a fitness, you have to go to another hotel if you want to use it. We booked a Suite with Sea View but upon arrival they told us it is no longer available and they give us another room for the first 3 days then we can move to the one we booked. Staff was very nice at first, but then they ignore us and not answering the phone or messages. Unfortunately, we had to leave 2 days earlier because of terrible news, my husband’s dad passed away. They didn't do anything to partially refund us. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place at all costs.

    This is an excellent hotel, where we have stayed overnight on a number of occasions. It gives terrific value: superb location, great food, comfortable rooms at a very good price. But what makes it truly outstanding is the friendliness and helpfulness of the people who run it. They always make us feel very welcome.

    So much to see and do.

    So much to see and do. Boat trips , bars, restaurants, shops, ferries etc. One bus stop from airport at 3 euros cost! Maybe not for you if you want to be on the beach every day though we did the water taxi to Tsougrias beach one day and the bus to vrommonilos beach another day.
