- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.9Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 119 reviewsWe had an absolutely wonderful stay in Symi, and a big part of that was thanks to our amazing host. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond—meeting us at the ferry, taking us directly to the property, and even offering a ride back when we departed. He was incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing us with excellent recommendations for places to visit around the island that truly made our trip special. The property itself was in a fantastic location with a stunning view that we never got tired of. It was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and perfectly situated for exploring the island. One of the best surprises was the fridge stocked with breakfast items, even though it wasn’t mentioned in the listing—such a thoughtful touch. There was even a complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us, which we really appreciated. And we can’t forget the delicious homemade cookies from the host’s wife—an absolute treat! Overall, this was a truly memorable stay and we’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Symi. It’s rare to find such a warm and accommodating host paired with a beautiful and well-located property. We’d definitely love to come back!Guest review byTomsLatvia
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.3Superb - What previous guests thought, 643 reviewsPerfect place on the island, just close enough to the center to reach the best restaurants/ bars/ etc. easily, but also perfectly placed to get away from all the fuss. Our room was a treat; the equipments were all brand new, everything was cleaned and replaced everyday, the towels were soft and smelled beautifully fresh, we had a nice balcony that looked at the sea; on another note, the breakfast buffet was rich and everything was delicious, having a very easy access to the sea just in front of the hotel was amazing and convinient. And the staff; the whole team always greated us with a smile, helped us navigate the island, gave impecable recommendations, arranged transfers to and from the ferry; on top of it all, they even sent us the swimsuit that we forgot in our room! To sum everything up, 10/10 experience, the best type of holiday that we could have imagined on one of the best Greek islands. Thank you to everyone once more, we will surely come back for a second time. I recommend the hotel to everyone.Guest review byBurakFrance
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.1Superb - What previous guests thought, 241 reviewsWe truly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Fiona - the view from the rooms are amazing and the location, away from the tourist bustle at the harbor below, is excellent. Perhaps even more importantly, the staff were incredibly kind and made us feel welcome from the second we arrived. Even though we arrived with a morning ferry hours before the check-in time, we were immediately invited in for a complimentary breakfast. When we had to cut our stay short due to an issue with the ferry, the staff were also very accommodating. This is a special place.Guest review byHuyGermany
- From US$144.77 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.6Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 174 reviewsBreakfast was great, so many choices and well presented. Location of hotel was great, 5 minute walk and you was at the main harbour(which is beautiful) with lots of restaurants, bars, cafe and shops. Staff at hotel were very helpful, they organised a hire car for the day and recommended places to see on this very small island. My husband asked at reception for a massage in the spa rooms near the pool and they arrived within 10 minutes. Very good price too for the amount of time.Guest review bykarenUnited Kingdom
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.4Superb - What previous guests thought, 87 reviewsThis was an amazing experience. The rooms are at a great location, only few stairs to take from the promenade, and very close to the taxi boats and other prominent locations. The apartment was very cozy, just as in the photos. The host was the kindest we have ever seen. They communicated beforehand with instructions and advices, like where the ferry boat will arrive, how to get to the rooms and more, then continued to advise about events that would be taking place etc.Guest review byNarekGreece

I'd absolutely recommend symi it's a beautiful island ,stunning even. If I could give one piece of advice it would be to go for a few days not just a day boat trip from Rhodes. To fully appreciate this little island you really do need to spend at least one night this would allow you to at least be able to explore the old town above the harbour with its very steep and narrow lanes plus two or three excellent restaurants.Be aware that that the old town above the harbour is accessible via extremely steep stairways extremely steep.Guest review byIainUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Charming island with beautiful harbor and authentic village on top of it. Beautiful beaches, scattered all around the island. Some of them reachable by bus, taxi or on foot, others are reachable by taxi boat. Love Agios Nikolaos and fish tavern on it with fresh wild fish, love swimming from Agia Marina to small island with the little church there. Of course, Agios Georgios is incredible place. The island is not for mass tourism, of course the boats come during a day, but most of them are not staying overnight. Some wildlife - spotted seal on the beach in Nimborio, and the other person saw turtles on Marathounda beach. Excellent taverna Tholos, close to port, our long time favorite, also liked a lot Zoe and Kali strata in the village. And for a Christian, it is a must to visit both Archangel Michael monasteries - Panormitis (newer) and Roukouniotis (older) with frescoes that date back to 15th century. Also, for an Orthodox a surprise visit to Sergii Sarovski church.Guest review byTatianaRussia - 10.0

The island has beautiful beaches which can be accessed by water taxi. The swimming and snorkelling are amazing. We saw a variety of fish, squid and a turtle. The harbour area is quite commercial and busy when the day trippers are there. However, when they have returned to Rhodes, it;s a very peaceful island. It's worth exploring the many small streets and myriads of steps that wind up the hillside. It's easy to get lost but that's part of the fun. The food shops are relatively small but we found plenty for self-catering. There are some very good restaurants in the town (there were some super-yachts staying every night we were there) and the prices we paid weren't too bad. It's a very special island and well worth a stay.Guest review byJacky EdgellUnited Kingdom
