Room was very clean, flawless. Host came to pick me up from port as well as transferred me when left. Bathroom had very hot water at all times. It is right next to plateia/ platz in case some prefers a central spot. It had a hair dryer, a/c, all worked properly. Room was quiet. Didn't visit the balcony. All places smelled cleanliness.

We loved staying here and are happy to recommend others to stay here too. Great location, close to shops, restaurants, beach and bus stop. Quiet and very spacious. The studio was big and well equipt. Great comfortable bed. Bathroom was good with good shower and plenty of hot water. Shower pressure was great. Good functional kitchen. The space was fantastic. We had 2 terraces, one private and the other could be shared. It's a quiet island so being able to chat to others was a nice. Alex, the owner was excellent to communicate with, replying promptly and always helpful. We were able to check our late on our last day. Much appreciated

Cosy little studio hotel with really friendly owners. We were picked up at the harbour and they were always ready to help us with anything we needed. We stayed at the ground floor with an amazing sea view. A perfect place to relax and enjoy Tilos.

The view from the terrace is amazing such as the nature of Tilos. Livadia is a very peaceful place and the locals are friendly and hospitable.

Marcos was an amazing host. He did everything to make us feel at home. He gave us many suggestions about places to visit and even offered to give us a ride. The apartment was really nice, well placed and was furnished with everything.

Nicholas is a wonderful host who takes care of his guests from the moment they set foot on Tilos - he waited for us at the port and finally took us to the ferry even though it was the middle of the night. He got the local bus timetable before the council could even publish it, monitored changes in ferry schedule and informed us about them. The hotel is on the outskirts of Livadia, in a quiet location, 7 minutes walk to the sea and the center of Livadia. The room is spacious, well-equipped and cleaned every day and the balcony overlooks the bay. I would highly recommend !
