Me and my son had great 10 nights at the apartment. We had everything we needed, appartment was spacious, clean, modern with a lovely view over the rooftops towards the sea. Hair dryer and a laundry room came handy. The location was perfect for us, very quiet yet a short walk from the ferry port or to the beach. Sipan is a beautiful small island with friendly locals, you can explore it on foot, rent a bike or take a bus to Sipanska Luka. You can also visit nearby islands Lopud or Kolocep, it's on a ferry route to Dubrovnik. We experienced a storm when ferries don't go but got to the mainland with a private boat no problem. We would love to come back one day.

Nice and very well-equipped rooms with a pleasant indoor climate. Stunning view. Nice! Short walk to the beaches. The breakfast with local ingredients was something special. A careful taste sensation. The owner family creates the conditions for a wonderful vacation through their generous hospitality.

The owner had her daughter meet us from the bus to show us where to go. My phone had died so this was especially helpful! We had fresh vegetables put outside the door. Anything extra we needed was brought to the room, including the daughter coming up to help me fix my dodgy phone. Owner was easily contacted via WhatsApp which made things very easy.

Were given an upgrade on arrival .nice surprise .host is a very enthusiastic lady .plenty of info re island too from her .location is perfect if you like peace .local island life and easy going holiday ..extras like different types coffee..dental kit made this feel more like a good star hotel rather than a b and b ..def recommend

It was perfect: location _ 150m to small private beach but a little bit up so view was perfect, very close to the village but hundred meters apart and super quiet. Spacious living room and rooms. Comfy beds. Super clean. Hot water. Ac and wifi ok. Kitchen with all you need. View. And the fantastic host who took care of us in best possible way, so at the end we really missed him like our own grandpa. We want to be back! Apartment is just outside the small village you can easily walk there but we were taken by motorboat from the quay by the bus stop to a small jetty just below the the house. It was very covinient and a nice bonus in mamma mia style. Ivica also helped carry our luggage. The apartment isn't very high, but the help was very convinient especially if you have a lot of luggage. Basically all trip from the ferry to the apt (bus which schedule is linked to the ferry and then boat) was super smooth and fast. Studenac market, cafeterias restaurants beaches are close. Views are fantastic. Thanks for all and hope to be back.

The place was clean, nice and fit to us perfectly. It had all the amenities needed, thus it was easy to live in and feel like home. We could use bikes and sups free of charge, the hosts were very pleasant and helpful in all the cases. The beach is few minutes away, very nice, not too big, but it has shower, changing booth and the water as well 🙂 Nearest grocery shop is few meters from the place, we found there most of the things we needed, but it is quite small, so if you need for example vegetable milk, you should buy it before. I would like to come back there and stay there longer and would recommend this place as the one of the best places I have ever stayed at before.

Brina and her husband are lovely hosts. They are very quick to respond and to help us enjoying our visit. The apartment was exactly what we needed. It's well equipped, and even has A/C. We were surprised with the big terrasse with a beautiful views. The island is small, but very peaceful and beautiful. It's perfect if you want a calm vacation. It's only an hour from Dubrovnik.
