- From US$104.22 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.7Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 883 reviewsThe hotel has two buildings, one with more expensive rooms and one with cheaper rooms. Our room was a junior suite and lived up to its name. The hotel has its own private beach. On the beach, you can go directly into the water, so you don't have to walk around rocks and use water shoes. There are umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach, free of charge. The hotel has a restaurant with a very large selection and the food prices are reasonable. The breakfast was included in the price and was such a good average. The hotel is located from Zadar in the direction of Plitvice, i.e. an ideal stop for those who plan to visit Plitvice National Park just coming from Split-Zadar. One small observation - if booking shows free rooms, you can get a better price on the spot than through booking.Guest review bySven SuurraidEstonia
- From US$292.97 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.6Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 179 reviewsAs soon as we arrived we were overwhelmed with the beautiful location. It overlooks the rolling hills filled with olive groves and sheep. When we went in October it was so quiet and peaceful, but I can imagine at busier times that the liveliness and hacienda feel to the place would be amazing. The rooms were beautiful and well maintained with amazing windows that opened right up to the afternoon breeze. It was a real local experience even down to the local water. The breakfast was incredible. We got to try so many amazing things specifically from the island of Pag. Michelin star restaurant is expensive as should be expected, but well worth it! It’s an amazing experience, treat yourself!Guest review byMatthewAustralia

Great city. perfect old town and most importantly the promenade was simply beautiful. Just the right level of tourists - did not feel overwhelmingly crowded. Brilliant sunsets. Well connected for local sights such as Plitvice National Park, Kornati National Park, Nin town (not to be missed).Guest review byParitoshUnited Kingdom - 10.0

We came across very narrow streets near the church, which amazed me—I had never seen anything like it before. There were also cozy little restaurants with delicious food for every taste, an impressive waterfront with yachts, and a sunset over the sea with islands.Guest review byKatіаUkraine - 10.0
Great vibe in the area. Good local restaurants.
Great vibe in the area. Good local restaurants. Used Pizza Peperoni which was great, Mad Suck and Konoba Kampanel. All took card payment. Restaurant Tomislav only accepted cash - with 140€ bill I would have liked to be made aware in advance Bakery staff super welcoming. Would have been good to know in advance about a public holiday the day after arrivalGuest review byStef - 10.0
Novalja is amazing.
Novalja is amazing. Sure, it’s full of people in the high season since the famous Zrce Beach is nearby, but I’ll definitely come back next year. Not just for the beautiful sea and beaches, but also because we never had a chance to be bored.Guest review byBronaSlovakia - 8.0

Sukosan is a a good place for a quiet break. The beach isn't crowded and there is a lovely atmosphere both in the daytime and evenings. We would recommend the Hotel Belvedere and Konoba Piazzetta for evening meals.Guest review byPeterUnited Kingdom - 10.0
We went on a sightseeing trip around Zadar.
We went on a sightseeing trip around Zadar. The next day, we sailed by boat from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and explored the islands outside Zadar. We drove out to Krk Island and visited four wonderful places there. We ended by driving to Krka National Park. All of these were beautiful places with magnificent nature. We had a rental car, and I highly recommend it—otherwise, the stay wouldn't have been as excellent.Guest review byJon Axel AntonssonIceland - 10.0

A small city with a lot to do. Not too crowded, with a living night life. This is a city that is not well known yet and it is evolving tourist wise. Best thing for price/quality. Parking are cheap or free, restaurants are not too expensive...Guest review byLeonard - 10.0

The owner was very kind and accommodating. The location was a peaceful and convenient place to stay. We ate at the public beach area which we walked to in under 10 minutes. We walked around the marina after dinner and that was a lovely family walk. Would recommend to others.Guest review byTheresaUnited States - 4.0
Small, quiet, even boring.
Small, quiet, even boring. Few common areas, few places to walk. Beach with a lot of seaweed, no beach facilities. In my opinion this place is not suitable for international tourists, could be a disappointment.Guest review byMadinaCzech Republic - 10.0
Povljana is growing too fast.
Povljana is growing too fast. The rapid construction of unsightly apartment buildings threatens the original charm of this peaceful coastal village and slowly pushes it toward the fate of overcrowded resorts like Makarska. For now, the situation is still bearable – but it feels like a tipping point is approaching. One can only hope that local authorities and residents will act before the soul of the place is lost for good.Guest review byMichalCzech Republic
