The room was spacious, and with ample amounts of light, the bed was comfortable but rather on the soft side for my liking (but that's a personal preference and shouldn't be accounted for), and to top that you have both a shower cabin and a tub depending on the mood. The staff were helpful and easy to communicate with, always giving their time and detail to any requests or requirements on our behalf. Every employee we have had contact with is friendly and speaks good English. They allowed us to check in about an hour earlier. The entire hotel has been renovated. The location is amazing because it is close to all tourist attractions and yet you have the feeling that you are in nature and it is very quiet. The room is large with a terrace, the beds are very comfortable, all the necessary amenities are available, and the heating is fully adjustable. Breakfast is delicious and varied. Lovely city especially the Buds side where the castle is. We had an amazing Boat trip with 4 course meal and music, plus went to the thermal bath and usd the Hop on Hop Off bus to see the sights.
