Location. Direct access to the wellness facilities, although outside the hotel. The rooms are modern, comfortable and well soundproofed, with orthopedic mattresses, which is a big plus. The room is not very big, but it is comfortable. It has a big soft bag, new furniture, and modern plumbing. The soundproofing of the room is excellent, with a big heavy door. The hotel is modern and clean. The staff is friendly and professional. We really liked the breakfast and dinner; they were tasty with a wide variety of options. Hotel Gottwald was such a nice surprise. We booked it for a one-night stopover on our family roadtrip. This hotel exceeded our expectations with their level of service and amenities. We loved the pool and wellness center and even booked a last-minute massage on-site. The meals were great on a lovely outdoor terrace. Very charming.

Location is great, it's 5 min walk from the Basilica and yet it's a very quite location. Several restaurant nearby (walking distance) . We had a great stay. Staff was very polite, friendly and helpful. Very welcoming. Good selection of breakfast. Good value for money.
