Close to the lake, only a couple of minutes walk. The room is nice with a balcony and aircon, which was needed in the heatwave. Breakfast is lovely, just need to go early, it tends to run out.

Very pleasant stay. Excellent location: Very close distance to thermal bath and the public transport stop too. Nice neighbourhood: quiet and safe. Staff is kind, polite and helpful. Room is enormous and fully furnished ,The room is big enough to unpack your luggage and it has lots of storage cabinets. It is possible to leave luggage before check in and after checkout. Huge air conditioner. Pleasant temperature waited for us when we came from the hot outside. There is a fully equipped kitchen. (electric kettle, coffee maker, electric cooktop, fridge, cutlery, all crockery set for kitchen...etc) Bed is comfortable and king size. Duvet covers and towels are clean. Bathroom is large, beautiful and spotlessly clean.

    The property was lovely and clean and the hosts were friendly and welcoming and on hand to answer any questions and help, they even took us to the train station to catch our train to Budapest to get our flight home as we couldn’t book a taxi! The beds were comfy and we all enjoyed cooling off in the pool in the lovely garden. Nice outside dinning area, well equipped kitchen and Air con!

    The best thing about Velence lake and its surroundings is...

    The best thing about Velence lake and its surroundings is that there is minimum of foreign tourists, because they all drive to Balaton, Budapest etc. The majority of holidaymakers are locals. Its also a good destination for cyclists who can bike around the lake and visit villages nearby. The lake itself is very shallow (good for nonswimmers) with healing stinky mud on the lake bottom (suitable for skin problems).
