The staffs are so so so nice! The hotel is very beautiful, their villa room is exceptional and even more beautiful than the picture shows. We stayed for 5 nights at Sapodilla Ubud for our honeymoon. It was a great pleasure to stay there. Sapodilla has a good location , it has a lot of restaurants nearby from different cuisines. Also very close location to monkey forest. For other locations around Ubud they are ready to help you with shuttle service (drop and pick up). They provide a cell phone to you for pick up service. Sapodilla also have a nice pool and rooms are spacious and clean. But best thing was Sapodilla team , they are very friendly and ready to help you with everything. My birthday was during our stay at Sapodilla , even though me or my wife didn’t mention about it they made a surprise to us with birthday cake and some decorations. We felt really happy and surprised. We recommend Sapodilla for Ubud holiday , it has a good location , facilities , services and most importantly a friendly team that is ready to help. If we ever visit Ubud again we wish to stay here again

Absolutely amazing hotel! I’m thrilled. This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It’s located just 500 meters from the Campuhan Ridge Walk, making it super convenient to explore without needing any transport. The view from the room is just incredible, and the air conditioning is powerful, which was really important for me. The bed is insanely comfortable, with a choice of pillows and luxurious bedding — I slept like a baby. I’m absolutely in love with the private pool and the bathtub with a view. There are even yoga mats in the room! The selection of natural teas and a capsule coffee machine made it so easy to enjoy a hot drink anytime. The breakfast is incredible, delicious, and offers a huge variety — just like in a seven-star hotel in Dubai. The chef is simply the best of the best, making everything healthy and super tasty. As a bonus, a 15-minute foot massage is included, which was absolutely amazing. The hotel offers an early morning tour to a Balinese house and the rice terraces, which was extremely interesting — the guide was absolutely fantastic! Also, they have free yoga sessions twice a week by the pool with an incredible view. I’ve never seen a hotel that offers a photographer’s service for free! I highly recommend taking advantage of this, as the photographer is amazing and takes incredibly beautiful photos. The hotel also provides bicycles for free, and it was truly the best decision I made. Riding a bike around Ubud was wonderful — I was genuinely so happy! I recommend it to everyone. The staff and management are absolutely fantastic — so kind, polite, and helpful. I honestly didn’t want to leave this place. I came here for two nights, but now I just want to stay forever. I highly recommend this place. It’s truly the best hotel in Bali. The experience was unforgettable and absolutely incredible. I will definitely return at the first opportunity. I recommend this amazing hotel with all my heart.

This hotel must be one of the most stunning I have ever stayed. The premises are beautiful, sprawling, giving you a nice sense of privacy throughout the site. With jungle & greenery throughout. The villas feel very private and are worth the price. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms nicely designed, and it feels like your private home in the jungle. I loved the concept of the pool which felt like a river, canal, with small moments for privacy. We also made use of the bath often as it was a large size. Additionally, the staff is super professional & accessible, when you need help in coordinated anything from food to transit to Ubud. A special thanks to our driver Budi. He was one of the nicest people in our entire stay in Indonesia. The food offered is also really delicious and we ate at the premises often.

The hotel is beautiful and in beautiful settings. The staff make sure that you feel at home the moment you step in at reception. We loved the fact the villas are private with private pools and the staff is always available if we need anything and being attentive to our requests. The food at the restaurant is really good from the springrolls to the burger. Breakfast in the morning is delicious and prepared afresh. The free shuttle to Ubud is a big plus.
