Great service, pick up from the harbour, great loundry service done very quickly. The best stay on our 1 month trip through Indonesia. Very big and delicious breakfast. We had a lovely time at Maskot. We stayed a total of 4 nights. The rooms are quite fresh and really well kept. Be aware the are not fully “sealed” so if you are afraid of the chance of getting small bugs in this is not your place. However, we just got the usual mosquito here and there but the is also a mosquito net around the bed. The bathroom is semi-outside. It’s great for ventilation and it’s also really fresh believe or not! There is a transparent roof so it is okay if it rains as well. The location is quite good too if you want to rent a scooter and explore the island because it is sort of in the middle. We could also rent a scoopy for 100k a day. There is a restaurant next door if you don’t feel like going for a drive to get food, but we didn’t try it so we can’t say if it’s good or bad. There is also a little shop just in front of Maskot where you can buy water, sunscreen, some snacks… The hosts were super nice and paid attention you our needs. They have a really convenient laundry service as well, done in the same day because they use the sun to dry the clothes. They cooked a simple breakfast for us every morning and also gave us some advice on where to go. Finally, they helped us book the ferry ticket and taxi to leave the island. Really nice stay in Maskot:)

    The beach resort was well-organised with friendly staff. The location is excellent, on a beautiful beach. The pool and restaurant overlook the beach, and there is a green area with chairs and hammocks for relaxing. The restaurant has a good variety of dishes and drinks – you could easily just eat at the resort your whole stay. Guests are given a bracelet and can charge all purchases to their rooms, making payment easy. Our room, a thatched hut, was clean and comfortable, and there was a small terrace for sitting and relaxing and where you could dry beach clothes and towels. It was easy to book tours and hire mopeds from the resort, and there was a grocery store next to the resort for essentials and snacks.

    A great family run hotel the villa's are like wooden cabins very spacious very comfortable with everything you need provided daily water is also provided the pool areas Are like small oasis with comfortable beds and there's bar's in both the staff are brilliant very friendly and always a smile there's a very good restaurant as well all in all 10/10 from us we would recommend this very good hotel to anyone it's a quiet very chilled layed back hotel at a very good price ...ho the breakfast was good too

    Evi and the staff at Bintang were extremely friendly and helpful. They arranged transport, motorbike hire and fastboat bookings for us. The rooms were clean and the bed was so comfy. Nice clean pool too. The hotel was a little far from the main settlement but close to Gamat Bay and Crystal Bay which was lovely at sunset. So overall location was not bad. We will definitely be back. Thank you Bintang Bungalows for a great holiday.

    The view of the rolling waves, people surfing and jumping from the cliff is unbeatable! Like what their t-shirt says "We are secret no more" given their popularity! With such  nice landscaping, they can change their name to 'Secret Point Resort'! Putu offers even free pick-up and drop-off from the Yellow Bridge. They can recommend a good masseur too! What a steal for such great service,  nice, spacious room and incredible view!

    The location is absolutely stunning. The pictures do not do it justice.You get a very high value for your money. It is remote, but fun to use the scooters or walk to town. The staff is very attentive, food is top quality and very affordable. I would return here without question, highly recommended. The beach is not accessable from the property but in a quick 10 minute walk you can use the dreams beach.

Not busy, pristine water. absolutely did not want to leave. breakfast was good (smoothie bowl great). The crew was very helpful eg. organized a scooter for us for 75k! i read mixed opinions before staying there, which I completely don’t understand. the place was peeerfect

    The island is gorgeous, quiet compared to some areas of Bali, hardly any traffic. This hotel is so stylish and intimate, we loved the restaurant right on the beach and all the design elements. A pool near the beach is great, and also the pool by the spa was lovely and quiet, we had it to ourselves most days.

    you can see it in 2 days pretty much. We did find some great little restaurants. Coco Penida and Tropiz. food and service were excellent. Penida is a must see but probably once every blue moon is enough

    friendly, charming, plenty to see, however seeing so much rubbish / trash lying about took away some of the 'shine'. Possibly the establishment of an organisation ?volunteer or ?commercial to recycle plastics (bottles) could certainly assist in recycling some of the plastics. There was one eating establishment which was doing it's very best to get the message across about limiting / recycling plastics!

    The hotel is remote with one restaurant to provide all your meals there or in the room . No shops etc. You need a driver to take you to any temples etc. We couldn’t to any treking activity during our time as it was rainy. Nice to just chill. Lovely staff very helpful at reception and restaurant. Lovely views

    Becoming worse every visit! Congested and too many dogs, not controlled (rebirth)! Actually east side quieter and becomes better going to eastward on coastal road! Many tourists never even reach/travel that far! Less traffic , more nature, more traditional, but changing every day!!

    The most delightful accomodation.

    The most delightful accomodation. Local family run single room villas built in a quiet location with close mini mart in 5 minute walk. 20min taxi ride to Ubud for hustle and bustle of more western orientated restaurants markets etc.

    We did the diving course so 3 course + 3 days beaches are...

    We did the diving course so 3 course + 3 days beaches are enough for a quick visit. But if you want to relax with the view there plan in more days. Be careful for overpriced taxis as there is no Grab or other alternatives. Take the scooter as much as you can.

    Great small island best stay here the longest part of your trip not the shortest, I was here 15 years ago and its hardly changed unlike the rest of Bali. Mushroom beach is defiantly the best place for lazy style island life! If you don't stay in a beach front you may be disappointed with the surroundings and unmade roads around Mushroom bay so stay as close to the beach as possible, Beanbag beach night dining and each beachside restaurant has a small camp fire on the beach at night. Same as everywhere in SE Asia a few steps off the beach and the warungs are 1/2 the price of beachfront food and drinks. Suits couples and families best as there is no nightlife at this end of the island although beachfront has live music most nights! I could spend my entire Bali trip on Lembongan.

    Cheap massages, lots of food markets. Was pretty dirty and busy. Great reef trips and amazing scenery on the east side of the island. Walk to Penida colada for a special meal on the water - sunset with dolphins 💕

    We explored the Royal Palace and grounds.

    We explored the Royal Palace and grounds. Quite interesting history of both important battles but also process of producing food. We also bought excellent gifts at nearby clothing stores. Heard about other activities but didn't have longer than a couple of hours.
