Very friendly and helpful staff. He provided very useful information for us like guided for transportation, extra pillows and boiler for us. The location is just few minutes to shops and restaurants. The room just in front of the lake. The garden is very beautiful and relaxing. Very good breakfast. I will come back again.

We had such a lovely stay at Hub Tata! Jepri and Christin are such warm and accommodating hosts. Communication was easy, and they provided so much additional support, including organising motorbike rental, airport taxi, even a packed lunch for our trip home. Hub Tata has such a welcoming and homely feeling, we felt like we have been welcomed by family, small details like checking in on a day where I was overwhelmed with a stomach bug, providing fresh coconuts and ginger tea! - the staff are lovely and will do anything to make your stay more comfortable. We would happily stay again, and hope to return in the future. Thank you Hub Tata for such a wonderful stay!

Mr Bloom is very nice guy, who helped us out a lot. Gave us recommendations. Rooms are big , clean and there’s hot water. Dropped us of at the local bus stop and made sure we took the right bus.

    The staffs at property is AMAZING! Roberto, Roni and another 1 staff…you guys amazing… and the restaurant staffs…i love the ambience of the property, the landscape, the views, the balcony areas, the space of the room, but the most beautiful moments the staff super wonderful n helpful!! From medan to Samosir, it took about 6 hours for us to reach there, but when we arrived, the place super spectacular!!! Well done all

    First time in Lake Toba and hotel is located by the lake and view is superb. The manager Jay has helped us to book the car so that we can comfortably to ferry terminal and the cost for car is very reasonable. He also gave us advice on where to visit during our visit. All the staff are helpful and friendly. Will definitely recommend Toba Village Inn.

    Tuk Tuk is mainly where beginner tourists stay, just like me...

    Tuk Tuk is mainly where beginner tourists stay, just like me. Tuk Tuk has many restaurants, cafes, hotels, resorts, homestays and guesthouses. Those are located along the main road at Tuk Tuk as well. If you do not want to spend on cafes and restaurants, no worries, there are convenient stores and shops along the main road. Very simple. But I would suggest people go to the restaurant and eat their local cuisines and seafood for the better. The only downside is the main road of Tuk Tuk is very troublesome and tough to walk and cycle as it is very steep going up and down. It is not a road that is stable. I would recommend people take a motorbike, scooter or car to travel along the main road.

    There isn’t much to do but the tranquility of the place is superb. Peaceful with good low temperature between 19 deg C - 22 deg C. A place to unwind and relax. The next time I will look for the hot springs.

    The scene there was beautiful and breath-taking.

    The scene there was beautiful and breath-taking. The whole of Samosir will likely only take you about 3-4 days to finish visiting if you have transport. However, my partner and I were there for 8 days and took our time walking around and relaxing. We do believe we could have shifted accommodations to another part of Samosir though.
