- From $187.85 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.5Very Good - What previous guests thought, 2,058 reviewsThe room was gorgeous. Fine linens adorned the bed, and charming sconces were on our walls, and the walls were covered in lovely wallpaper. It was a warm and inviting room with a window that had a sea view. We could not have asked for more. The restaurant/pub has a lovely live fire that was warm and glowing on a chilly day. Breakfast is served in a room that looks like a drawing room in an old manor home - exquisite in all details. Breakfast is huge with everything that you could ever wish to eat. The staff are cheerful and informative. There is a lovely glass room at the front of the hotel that overlooks the sea and just invites you to have a cup of tea there. We loved it and will definitely return!Guest review byGinaUnited States

It is quaint without being twee - the coloured houses are iconic. We enjoyed seeing them in the real and they are so well kept. The shops sell local produce - Aran sweaters, wooden goods, art, honey etc which are well worth buying. We were there to do parkrun on Inis Meain so we spent a day there. Anyone who likes being in the wild would be in heaven. The views are amazing and the peacefulness is palpable. The pub serves hearty fare and well priced. The ferry trip was great fun but we were lucky with the weather. Eating in Doolin at night is a lively affair with trad music on in most pubs. I would love to have stayed longer.Guest review byAlisonUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Ennis is a really nice town to visit.
Ennis is a really nice town to visit. There's a nice atmosphere to the place. Even though the whole of the centre was being dug up for improvements it was still really interesting to walk around. The bars were great. Good music and never closed if you were still drinking, it seemed.Guest review byMalcolm - 10.0

Awesome little surfy town with an amazing beach. Lots of great shopping and food experiences. Lovely friendly locals who are happy to help. We loved looking through the surf shops and getting to learn more about the culture. We're all the way from Australia and it was our fav spot in Ireland!Guest review byAvaAustralia - 10.0

A great little village with several places to eat and drink and the beautiful Bunratty castle and Folk park to visit. I highly recommend the Creamery and Durty Nelly's, I didn't eat anywhere else as we ran out of time. Bunratty is a great location to visit so many places. You can park and access it so easily off the N18 and be on your way. We went to the Cliffs of Moher and Lehinch and stayed a night in Limerick though if I did it again I would have stayed at The Courtyard B&B in Bunratty for the two nights, it was lovely.Guest review byElizabethUnited Kingdom - 2.0

The room was freezing (as we're others) , the staff unhelpful and an unapologetic manager. Couldn't manage to get my rewards without multiple visits to reception (at least two other guests gave up) and got slapped by a 25euro charge for checking in an hour early .Guest review bySenanGreece - 10.0

Killaloe / Ballina is a beautiful twin town spanning the river Shannon. Great river walks, the old road bridge is now pedestrianised making it easy to go from the Ballina to the Killaloe side and vice versa. There's a variety of restaurants, coffee shops and pubs with indoor and outdoor areas. The Lakeside Hotel Killaloe (on the Ballina side) serves excellent food and drinks. Avoid the Bóruna Gastro Pub for now, it's dirty and the service is poor, could be great with it's rooftop bar but needs a refresh of the property and attitudes. Tuscany Bistro on the Ballina side serves excellent food in with great service Raw Interiors serves great food and coffee on the Killaloe side quirky building and great serviceGuest review bySeanIreland - 10.0
I loved how quiet, simple, and rugged the landscape is.
I loved how quiet, simple, and rugged the landscape is. Milltown Malbay is perfectly gentle, sweet, and wonderful to explore for a day or two. The swimming is wild and next level Irish. The Cliffs of Kilkee are just as miraculous as the Cliffs of Moher, and free.Guest review byChristyUnited States - 10.0
Liscannor is a beautiful city with many great views.
Liscannor is a beautiful city with many great views. The coast is incredible and the people are so friendly. The Cliffs of Moher are another amazing plus. Saint Brigids’s well os nearby and was an interesting stop as well. We ate lunch at the Frantic Chef and dinner in Doolin nearby at Gus O’Conners- both of which we’re delicious!Guest review byTysonUnited States - 10.0

Lovely beach and swimming, visited Hook Head Lighthouse ans saw lots of Basking Sharks gathered for mating season, amazing. Met some lovely locals who made us feel very welcome and had brilliant trad session in O Meara's bar. Will be back.Guest review byDargan - 8.0

It has great potential but over the last few years it has disimproved. It used to be much more buzzy, with many more shops and venues open. Still, it is close to so many lovely places to swim and walk. Monks was ok, we got shunted out of table as bigger group was coming in, and the food was just ok. Went to brillant old bar, O Laughlinns I think. Great, packed, lovely atmosphere, atmospheric, but nearly had a heart attach at the price of two very good whiskeys. Couldnt do this too often. Far less tourists around, I wonder why?Guest review bymaryIreland
