- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.1Superb - What previous guests thought, 984 reviewsI want to point out that we stayed at this location last year, and it was so nice, we returned. The staff go out of their way to make sure that everything is satisfactory and taken care of immediately. A couple of examples... 1. When we arrived, we noticed that the handle of the balcony door was loose. I went down and mentioned it to the front desk staff. Within one hour, the maintenance guy replaced the handle. 2. One evening at dinner, the sous chef came to ask us (among others) how the food was. I told him that everything was good, but the beef was dry . He looked at the slice on my plate, went to the carving station, and had the rest of that roast removed, and replaced with a new one that was not dry at all. Other great things... The food was delicious. Large selections at every meal. There is an open bar serving coffee, soft drinks, beer, and other alcoholic drinks. Pleasant entertainment every evening, singers, acrobats, dancing. The pool area is nice and well maintained. While we did not go into the water, there are plenty of lounge chairs, and a pleasant sitting area with chairs and tables. The room attendants were quick and efficient. Everyone at the hotel is always smiling, saying hello, offering to help. There are always people sweeping, mopping, polishing metal, cleaning mirrors and glass, cleaning the elevators, and so on.Guest review byEzriel
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.1Very good - What previous guests thought, 2,489 reviewsEverything about our stay was incredible. From the warm, personalized welcome (and treatment throughout!) we received from Ayelet to the Kashrut sensitivities shown by the fantastic explanation posting at the lavish breakfast that made it so comfortable for us to eat there - every aspect of our stay was fabulous. For those of us who take halacha seriously, we found the hotel is very welcoming and caters to every level of religious observance. Multiple daily minyanim on-site for all the Tefillot was definitely a plus we had not anticipated. The location is perfect - easy walking distance to the water and shops. We would absolutely recommend it and definitely plan on coming back the next opportunity we have to get away for a few days.Guest review byMosheIsrael
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.8Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 1,323 reviewsFirst, we were greeted when we arrived. Alona at reception was so helpful. Our luggage was then taken to our room. Our room had our own outside space, a bed, and direct access to the pool. Being senior citizens, because the room had a bath, they changed our room to one with a walk-in shower. The pool area and pool bar were great. The outside seating area also was great,. The breakfast was fantastic.Guest review byleonIsrael

All in all, fantastic hotel,, highly recommended.Guest review bynavaIsrael

We were especially happy that the children's club had things that kept all my grandchildren from age 3 to 11 engaged. The last place we stayed at did not have games or activities that were suitable for the older children.Guest review byMarkIsrael

Eilat is a great place to scuba dive, snorkel, or do water sports. It is also extremely hot. So if your reason for going is to be underwater, I recommend it. If you want to be on land, don't come in the summer.Guest review byP MUnited States - 8.0

Closet town to the airbase ( ceremony event ) thought best to take a hotel for a night , enjoy the airforce ceremony and spend the night in Beersheba then head north the following day. The hotel was so bad I truly considered leaving ! However I had plans to pick up my daughter from a location close by the next morning so i reluctantly stayed the night.Guest review byannickIsrael - 10.0
I am biased since I love Arad.
I am biased since I love Arad. This small city above the Dead Sea, with its clean, fresh air, peacefulness and quietness, and amazing Judean Desert views is very special. It soothes the nerves and does wonders for one's health. If you a lover of busy (and noisy) nightlife, this is not a place for you. But if you seek rest, peace, and tranquility, visit Arad.Guest review byKamilaGreece - 8.0

Located in the Negev desert, with easy access to hiking trails, need to have a vehicle to get there and to do any excursions as there is little in the immediate (walking) vicinity. Nice hotel, but no views, rooms have internal balcony so not nice to sit out. Studio room was large and well appointed. Staff were very friendly But her are the draw backs, overcrowded pool area, busy noisy dining room, excellent breakfast, dinner not so good. Did not use Spa, so no comments on this. Pleasant stay but Not great value for moneyGuest review byLaurenceUnited Kingdom - 10.0

This is a Moshav in the Central Arav region of Israel.
This is a Moshav in the Central Arav region of Israel. The Moa winery offers tastings of their excellent wines for a fee. You can also order a cheese and bread tasting. A grocery store is open daily where we shopped for food, since the Art House has a well-equipped kitchen. On Fridays there is a Farmers Market next to Moa. Guy who owns the Art House rental will have you meet his mother who is an excellent pottery maker. It is a ten-minute drive to the Sapir aquatic training center. Zukim has an artist's community, also a ten minute drive, Ursula is a good restaurant nearby.Guest review byJulesUnited States - 10.0
Eilat is lovely. A perfect resort. Great restaurants.
Eilat is lovely. A perfect resort. Great restaurants. Great Red Sea. Clean and refreshing. Swimming with nice fish around you, even 10 meters from the beach. I wish Israel would become a peaceful place to accommodate the tourists. Eilat can be a perfect destination for vacation if the politics were accommodating and Israel became an integral part of the Middle East.Guest review byRaphaelUnited Kingdom - 2.0

After many years I visited Beer Sheva. The entire city has changed from a seemingly wild west style to a modern and built up city. Some of the old restaurants were still there as was the old central market.Guest review byElliotIsrael
