Specific recommendations goes to the night manager Ahmed Mashjarawi for his good cooperation and assistance in following the lost bag at Ben Gurion airport until it was found and returned to the owner (Belson S. Ngullo) Ahmed made follow ups tirelessly in communicating with airport staff and using own transport to make sure the client gets his bag. TelAviv is an amazing vibrant city, full of fun, energy and vitality with plenty of delicious foods on offer wonderful, gorgeous sandy beaches and a wonderful year round climate - you can’t ask for much more! The only downside is the transport - I would recommend hiring your own car. Bat Yam is a lovely vacation destination.
Bat Yam is a lovely vacation destination. Located very close to Tel Aviv and easily accessible to the city that never sleeps, we have found that Bat Yam serves our family even better. The beaches are pristine, and there are many lovely parks for the grandchildren. There are also many (kosher) eateries, including children's staples such as pizza, pasta, burgers, and grilled meats, as well as the ever-popular ice cream chains. For those in need, there are numerous synagogues, even a couple of CHABAD ones for those who want to sleep in on vacation! The promenade is lovely for evening walks, and there is very little nighttime noise, so that the kiddies can get a decent night's sleep. All in all, we love Bat Yam.Guest review bySteveCanada - 10.0

Was reasonably quiet, though in a city. Public transport was easily accessible near the apartment. There was a large park near where we stayed. Shopping was very convenient. BEWARE! The apartment was booked. The owner/manager of the apartment NEVER sent an email or message with instructions nor waited for us at the building or left a key. I will not recommend that place to no one. Room service guy doesn’t peak one word English. If You need something, the attendant doesn’t speak English.
