The food service was excellent, with delicious meals served promptly. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping the rooms and common areas spotless. Alwar has extraordinary architectural treasures and is beautifully situated. However like a lot India it does require patience. The main palace which is now government offices is very badly maintained with litter marring much of the cityscape.
