Hospitality was awesome. Mr. Jolly was always there for us for anything we needed. Especially would like to mention that our river safari got cancelled due to some technical issue. We asked Mr. Jolly if he could do something. Within 2 hrs he got us a booking for next morning. That too at cheaper rate. Food was ok. Everything!!!! The location is a dream. The staff is super helpful with everything. We can highly recommend this place. It was a haven of peace. We spent 3 nights there while doing safaris in Nagarhole National Park. It was like being in paradise after our trip in north India with its bustling cities. We would for sure come back if we are ever going to come back to this region. Amazing place. Thank you so much for everything! 🙏🏽🪷

We had a fantastic family stay at Fern Tree. They arranged all our requests, being with small children is always really appreciated. We were lucky to get, by surprise, a New Year Eve party and buffet dinner which was so well organised and had so much fun being with other local guests. Hotel facilities were great, clean and well maintained. Plus swimming pool was fantastic. Akhil and all staff members have been very helpful and attentive, and genuinely nice people. And they even arranged a courier for some stuff we forgot, which was highly appreciated. We hope to see you back sometime. Absolutely recommend the hotel!
