The entire staff is exceptional with also special thanks to Nitesh. Everyone is so friendly & ensuring our stay is excellent. The room I stayed in was very comfortable, with nice appointments & details. Also it was very large with gorgeous bathroom. Really an absolutely beautiful lake view. The food from the rooftop restaurant is also very good. I highly recommend this boutique hotel. Excellent!!

The location was superb and the staff even better! We were able to go to our rooms at 06:00am as there were no prior visitors at the time, which was great as we haven't slept a minut during our night bus. The host was very helpful at every turn and made our stay great in there. Room was big and beautiful and we slept there rather well, not much traffic noises or so. Breakfast was simple but tasty.

The location of the hotel is amazing! You take a boat with a beautiful view and come to the hotel. The way they are greeting you upon arrival is unforgettable! The rooms are so spacious and luxurious! There is a very beautiful swimming pool with a gorgeous view on the lake! I had an opportunity to do a massage in the hotel and it was one of the best deep oil massages in my life! I would recommend to go to Kimkimi for a strong good quality massage! It is very comfortable that each guest has his own butler who is available all the time. I was lucky to have such a wonderful smiling, professional butler Foustinus! She assisted with all my requests! I would definitely recommend everyone coming to this hotel when visiting Udaipur! And I was lucky as well to have a local professional guide Mitesh who showed me the city from insight, told me so many stories of how locals live, showed me a ceramic market and how locals do pottery!     This is a must do and must see - it is breathtakingly beautiful. The staff are incredible. There are many activities included in the stay, such as nature walks, yoga and afternoon tea. There are three pools and all are big enough for a proper swim. The food is fabulous and plentiful, the spa exceptional.

    The ambience of the whole place was great. Everything in the resort has been designed very tastefully. Every night at 730 PM there are folk dance performances that are really nice. The breakfast buffet was amazing . Their menu of dal bhaati churma, mutton biryani and gobhi adraki are exceptional.

    If you want to see Rajasthan at peace then I highly recommend to do Udaipur and Jaisalmer. Jaipur is good but chaotic. Also, hotels are more business oriented rather than a resort meant for family vacation.

    The City Palace stood out as an architectural marvel exploring its rich history, intricate mosaics, and stunning lake views was a highlight. We loved our sunset boat ride on Lake Pichola, which offered dreamy vistas of Jag Mandir and the surrounding hills. Saheliyon Ki Bari and the Monsoon Palace also made for memorable, peaceful outings, perfect for couples seeking romance and great photo opportunities. We tried several excellent restaurants: Upre by 1559 AD was our favorite for its rooftop ambiance and delicious Mewari cuisine. We also enjoyed the vegetarian thali at Natraj Dining Hall, and had a memorable lakeside dinner at Raaj Bagh, which combined great food with beautiful views. For a unique touch, breakfast at Millets of Mewar offered healthy and innovative local fare. Getting around is mostly easy, especially if you use ride-sharing apps like Ola or Uber for airport transfers and short city rides. Within the old city, many attractions are walkable, but some roads are narrow, so auto-rickshaws or tuk-tuks are handy for zipping through the lanes. Renting a bike is a good option if you want more flexibility, though traffic can be a bit hectic at times. Young couples will love watching the sunset or taking a private boat ride on Lake Pichola for a romantic experience. Don’t miss an evening cultural show at Bagore Ki Haveli or the Dharohar Dance Show for a lively introduction to Rajasthani folk arts. Exploring Udaipur’s colorful old city markets, enjoying rooftop dinners with city views, and visiting art galleries or pottery workshops add creative, fun, and memorable experiences to your trip. Udaipur offers a truly magical escape with history, hospitality, food, and romance at every turn making it ideal for couples and anyone seeking memorable travel moments.

    all here is a rip off, the palace entry fee only lets you...

    all here is a rip off, the palace entry fee only lets you wonder around 30% of the property as its still a private residence, and in bad shape and need of refurbishment and all other landmarks inside need further payment, its dirty overcramped, broken roads, constant car honking, beggars and scammers, would'nt recommend udaipur to the locals not to mind the visitors
