The accommodation was beautiful, I have never seen such clean rooms in India, it is certainly a European level hotel. The facilities are very modern. There is a supermarket right next to the hotel, this is also a plus point. The staff was very friendly and ready to help. You can see that the hotel is very well managed. We were really pleasantly surprised.

The staff at the hotel, especially the manager Mahesh, went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my stay. It was my first time in Rishikesh and the team was always there to answer any questions that I had or to attend to my requests. The breakast was amazing and the location of the hotel was ideal. I highly recommend Yog Niketan to anyone visiting Rishikesh. It's been a couple of months since I visited Rishikesh but the memories are still with me in large part because of the staff at Yog Niketan and how well they looked after me.     Mussoorie is a beautiful place, almost perfect in its charm, though quite costly. It’s an ideal destination for honeymoons and couples, but not as enjoyable for groups of friends. The experience is truly magical—you feel as if you’re on the clouds. One small note: if you prefer food with minimal salt, do request it in advance, as we found most dishes to be on the saltier side.

    Hosting isn't a forte in entire uttarakhand. It's beautiful, but too many people are closed minded and unpassionate about what they do, yet charges are high across the board. So, adjust expectations beforehand.

    Not green enough, options other than resorts are minimal or nil. We went to kosi river ramnagar it was very dirty. N a food restaurant near it was very unhygienic, it was smelling of dead rats. It was pathetic.

    I have a request to all the travelers, to all the brothers, Hotel Satyanarayan is a fake hotel, it is fake property, I had made booking for it and had also given 50% advance when I reached Kedarnath and I When I reached Kedarnath, even though I was 50 percent safe, these people took me away from the salon and also blocked me after filing an FIR.

    There are many more less explored resorts in Uttrakhand like ranikhet mukteshwar etc which offer pristine and great panoramic view. Bhimtal is crowded and may be okay for the first time travellers to Uttrakhand.

    Haldwani is a city bursting with life. It is located in the foothills of Himalayas. It has issues of Traffic congestion,due to this being a place connecting Nainital and other beautiful locations. It has a bunch of good restaurants and shopping malls. Overall a good city!

    Spending time by the Ganga was wonderful—great food (especially near Parmarth Niketan), calm beaches, and plenty of places to explore. The only downside was that some groups of youngsters were there just to smoke and drink, which can spoil the vibe. My advice: double-check your stay before booking so you don’t run into that issue.
