The accommodation was beautiful, I have never seen such clean rooms in India, it is certainly a European level hotel. The facilities are very modern. There is a supermarket right next to the hotel, this is also a plus point. The staff was very friendly and ready to help. You can see that the hotel is very well managed. We were really pleasantly surprised.

The staff at the hotel, especially the manager Mahesh, went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my stay. It was my first time in Rishikesh and the team was always there to answer any questions that I had or to attend to my requests. The breakast was amazing and the location of the hotel was ideal. I highly recommend Yog Niketan to anyone visiting Rishikesh. It's been a couple of months since I visited Rishikesh but the memories are still with me in large part because of the staff at Yog Niketan and how well they looked after me.     This hotel is incredible - it was our first time visiting Mussoorie and we're so glad we stayed here. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, and arranged a taxi for us to visit Lal Tibba (20mins away). The hotel is located just off Mall road, and so is in a fantastic central location. The food at the hotel was incredible, we thoroughly enjoyed the dinner buffet and breakfast, such a wide choice and everything was delicious. The hotel grounds are truly amazing, high up in the clouds with the most beautiful scenery, it felt like we could have been in the Swiss Alps. The hotel also provides lots of activities for guests, which included a bonfire along with a guitarist who sang to us under the stars. If you are visiting Mussoorie, then you must stay here.

    The best peaceful and calm place with the best service, staff and breathtaking view where you forget about everything! And if you want to spend time quietly on the beach with cleanest Ganga- this is the best place to do it! This was so nice that every evening housekeeping brought fresh masks for the face made out of natural ingredients! There is a shop in the hotel with such beautiful dressed, clothes, jewellery! I really want to thank Ram at the reception as he assisted me with all my requests being very attentive!

    The hotel location is excellent offering best of both the worlds. its surrounded by lush greenery and dense tree cover and yet it is close to the bustling and happening hill station of Mussoorie. The breakfast was a lavish spread of various cuisines - continental, north Indian and south Indian. The presentation and layout was immaculate and the preparation was lip smacking. Above all the staff was ever ready to help and always had smiling faces. All in all a memorable experience - would definitely come again.

    Great Hotel just a few minutes from Mall Road. Very professional staff and able to help you out anytime. Breakfast spread was amazing. Room spacious having amazing views to the valley. Hotel is huge with lots of room options. Special note: Last day of our stay our daughter was not well and the hotel staff went the extra mile to ensure that we helped. They sent one of their guys with us in the car to ensure that we were helped out on the route and at the hospital. Much appreciated.

    Ease, the staff. Gym was superb, location- I ended up giving a video testimonial. What I loved was, my daughter was talking with a friend till about 4 am (teenagers!!) And the security guy asked her to use the banquet hall! I mean the care and calmness these folks have - who does it! So I would recommend this anytime! And yea, they gave us late (VERY LATE) checkout by 4 hours at 800 rs.. which is really cool!

    Mussoorie is a beautiful place, almost perfect in its charm, though quite costly. It’s an ideal destination for honeymoons and couples, but not as enjoyable for groups of friends. The experience is truly magical—you feel as if you’re on the clouds. One small note: if you prefer food with minimal salt, do request it in advance, as we found most dishes to be on the saltier side.

    Hosting isn't a forte in entire uttarakhand. It's beautiful, but too many people are closed minded and unpassionate about what they do, yet charges are high across the board. So, adjust expectations beforehand.

    Not green enough, options other than resorts are minimal or nil. We went to kosi river ramnagar it was very dirty. N a food restaurant near it was very unhygienic, it was smelling of dead rats. It was pathetic.

    I have a request to all the travelers, to all the brothers, Hotel Satyanarayan is a fake hotel, it is fake property, I had made booking for it and had also given 50% advance when I reached Kedarnath and I When I reached Kedarnath, even though I was 50 percent safe, these people took me away from the salon and also blocked me after filing an FIR.

    There are many more less explored resorts in Uttrakhand like ranikhet mukteshwar etc which offer pristine and great panoramic view. Bhimtal is crowded and may be okay for the first time travellers to Uttrakhand.

    Haldwani is a city bursting with life. It is located in the foothills of Himalayas. It has issues of Traffic congestion,due to this being a place connecting Nainital and other beautiful locations. It has a bunch of good restaurants and shopping malls. Overall a good city!

    Spending time by the Ganga was wonderful—great food (especially near Parmarth Niketan), calm beaches, and plenty of places to explore. The only downside was that some groups of youngsters were there just to smoke and drink, which can spoil the vibe. My advice: double-check your stay before booking so you don’t run into that issue.
