The lush gardens were like an oasis which created the atmosphere of relaxation amongst the beauty of nature. We were totally spoiled by the entire staff for our wedding anniversary by: a bunch of red roses,freshly baked anniversary cake, floral sign across our bed then a bottle of champagne for dinner together with a private table on a private deck with music and another chocolate freshly baked anniversary cake. To top this off everywhere we went on that day, in the resort, the staff would wish us a Happy Anniversary. WOW WOW WOW. I loved the morning yoga sessions by the river and the spa treatments added to the state of rest and relaxation. Spa staff were very friendly and professional. The only downside was that some groups of youngsters were there just to smoke and drink, which can spoil the vibe. The experience is truly magical—you feel as if you’re on the clouds. Haldwani is a city bursting with life. It is located in the foothills of Himalayas. It has issues of Traffic congestion,due to this being a place connecting Nainital and other beautiful locations. Stayed here for 3 nights and yet felt short. Went to Waterfall, Bhimtal, Kainchi Dham, Mukteshwar Temple, Zero Point and Chauli Ki Jali. Great trip.
